Crudo Nudo is one of our favorite spots in Ghent for Spanish food and tapas. They have an amazing Spanish wine selection, great cocktails, and the food is consistently good. The place is relatively small and can get pretty busy in the evenings. I recommend calling to make a reservation. There is plenty of parking in the Aldi's parking lot across the street

Kotobuki Japanese Restaurant is a great local sushi spot, and if you are looking for vegetarian or vegan options they got plenty. Every time we visited, the fish was very fresh and the food delicious. Parking in the Aldi's parking lot across the street.
