The Grundy Day Fiery Gizzard Loop is a moderate 3 mile hike. You can extend down the Fiery Gizzard Trail for several more miles though.

Sewanee Perimeter Trail is a trail around Sewanee and can be accessed from multiple points. There is the Sewanee Memorial Cross you can walk or drive partially to and the view is wonderful. Just walking around Sewanee University campus is a lot of fun. It’s gorgeous and the architecture is beautiful.
