Insight across the barrage. A 20 minute drive (approx) or a 10 minute ferry crossing from St Malo, during summer months. Fantastic beaches, promanade and parks. Dinard holds every year a Festival of British Cinema in the first days of October.

Dinan is inland of St Servan. Approximately a 1 hour drive. Dinan is without doubt one of the most attractive and best preserved small towns in Brittany. With its 1.8 mile (3km)-long ramparts, half-timbered houses, attractive port and cobbled streets filled with art galleries and shops. Situated on a large hill, be prepared for a steep uphill walk, but well woth the spectaular views that go as far as Mount-St-Micheal on a clear day. Dinan holds the Fête des Remparts medieval festival each July.
