The combination of the bright lights of Miami Beach and the Neon lights from our kayaks and you have yourself the most epic IG moment in the city! Come experience the wonderful world of the honeybee where we encourage you to take pictures. We begin our 1 1/2 hour experience near Tampa, Florida. I have several different locations to choose from ranging from Farm to urban areas. The address showing will not be the place that you will have your experience. After you book I will send out the location. It will be either Lutz, Odessa, or S. Saint Petersburg. If you book first, I can be flexible as to location. We will begin with a demonstration of the equipment used in beekeeping as well as dressing up in our full bee suits and then immediately start the hands-on experience. At this point you will be able to see, feel, hear and touch apis mellifera (the European honey bee!) as I guide you to a better understanding of these amazing creatures. During our time together you will manipulate equipment, ask questions and get a practical appreciation of the bees. After, you will enjoy a refreshment while we discuss your recent experiences. Upon completion, we provide a 5 oz honey jar and honey dipper to say thank you for being a beekeper for a day! Things to note: PLEASE BRING BOOTS or Tennis shoes. There is always a chance of getting stung, So if you are allergic to bees please choose a different experience. We want you to come away feeling alive and in tune with the natural world. Participants will find a real map and will follow the map bringing them to different checkpoints to gather gear to prepare them for the adventure. There will be a pretend fight with me dressed as a skeleton pirate so I’ll have a water gun. If you enjoy the goodies or pirates of the Caribbean then you’ll enjoy this. You will see a fake skeleton. Each participant will dig up their own treasure and be allowed to take home with them. Also included with the purchase is the Treasure Island Treasure map. There will be a consultation prior to the adventure near the location just to get you going in the right direction. The idea is for only the leader of the group to know a treasure hunt will happen. It is designed in a way that it can be a total surprise and the participants will be fully immersed in a real experience. Feel free to request different times. As your host, I'll guide you through the Silver River via glass bottom kayaks! I'll make sure you experience all the hot spots that you're otherwise likely to miss on your own, while offering a unique underwater view of sunken shipwrecks, deep blue springs, caves, artifacts and more! We'll share our waterways with an abundance of wildlife such as manatees, alligators, turtles, otters, monkeys and several species of fish and birds! This is an experience you'll never forget; equal parts serene and adventurous and appropriate for all ages and experience levels! My glass bottom kayaks are the only of it's kind on the Silver River! They come with a sit-in-top design, which means they are well suited to all-weather paddling. The cockpit is dropped lower into the boat, which means stability is greatly increased, paddler comfort is enhanced, and wave impact is reduced. It's nearly impossible to tip or flip! My kayaks come standard with a transparent hull for underwater viewing all the way to the bottom, even in the deepest springs in the river. There's plenty of room for a comfortable, stable ride! This tour will give my guest the opportunity to live a beautiful sunrise in the Biscayne bay. We will live early in the morning and cruise around the Biscayne bay while watching the breathtaking sunrise from the water. We will meet at the Marina meeting point early in the morning and we will board the vessel. After a biref explanation of the tour and of the safety measurements we will sail out the direction Miami downtown. I chose a special route to reach downtown Miami: we will pass in front the house of the rich and famous as well as looking for dolphins and manatee along the way. We also can stop and swim at Flager Island. We will then reach out Miami downtown and admire the breakthaking sunrise with the miami skyline in front. After taking our time admiring this nature and human wonder we will head back to the marina using an alternate and spectacular route as well. We are located in one of the busiest areas of Miami.
