You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for self catering and the neutral colour scheme and furnishings in the bedroom create a relaxed and welcoming place to unwind after a long day.
This apartment has exceptional furnishings throughout and is ideally located right in the heart of the town centre, close to all the shops, bars and restaurants. Enter the building through a private doorway and follow the stairs up to find a stylish open-plan layout. The living / dining area with a cosy seating area and juliette balcony is the ideal space to relax. Pause and record your favourite shows by using the Virgin Media TV, or take a book off the bookcase for reading. There is a comfortable and stylish L shaped sofa, which is perfectly placed in front of the flatscreen TV, and a dining table that seats up to 4. The kitchen provides ample storage and is fully equipped with the necessary appliances for self catering, including tea-making facilities, a washer/dryer, fridge freezer, an oven, microwave and four ring hob.     St Stephen's Studio is in Tivoli, a popular area in the heart of Cheltenham. It is a self contained studio flat in a grade 2 listed building. Just a 10 min walk into the centre and 10 mins from the train station. An ideal base for Cheltenham festivals or the races. The flat is small but very modern and comfortable. We also have a rather unique Bluetooth fireplace which plays music and makes it warm and cosy!
    St Stephen's Studio is suitable for 2 guests.
    The flat is close to the town centre and also the train station. It is ideal for horse racing but especially convenient for festivals.

    This apartment is within walking distance of the town centre and even closer to the new Brewery complex which offers bars restaurants and a cinema . You’ll love my place because it is self contained and fully kitted out with everything you'll hopefully need for your stay. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
    Hi this is my second Airbnb flat it's a nicely presented self contained studio style flat with a king size double bed and a comfy sofa. Linen and towels are provided and changed for every guest. Tea and coffee are included and it has a full working kitchen.

    Romantic dbl bedroom/en suite/kitchennette/private entry in Victorian bakery cottage in centre of town on a quiet backwater mews street. Character features, beautiful velvet bedhead with memory foam mattress,walled private garden. Lots of privacy. We can place you onto our visitors parking permit.
    Romantic, full of character, quiet location with wifi yet central and within walking distance to everything including the Cheltenham racecourse, montpellier shopping, and restaurants. AVAILABLE FOR LONGER LETS FROM SEPTEMBER UNTIL FEBRUARY, NOT INCLUDING DEC 20 UNTIL JAN 3. A blog written by one of my guests, who I felt was a kindred spirit. (website hidden)(phone number hidden)/where-you-say Guests will have access to all of the amenities in the house, wifi, washing machine, tumble dryer, walled garden. This room also has the added bonus of it's own ensuite bathroom and private kitchenette area with own basic cooking facilities and seperate entrance and own private courtyard garden with barbecue. It would suit a couple who would like privacy and has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle, coffee maker, teapot and kitchen sink. So has full cooking facilities. Also suitable for someone who would like a longer stay in Cheltenham in particular as it is self contained. By arrangement it can be rented as part of the main house also which has a further two bedrooms, two reception rooms, full kitchen and family bathroom. Please see my other listings below my profile picture . As much or as little as they require. Some of my guests prefer their privacy, others want company. I have gone out for dinner or coffee with some guests and invited them to come along with me to events in The Cotswolds and other guests prefer their privacy which is highly respected. It is completely down to you the guest. The proximity to the town centre and everything it has to offer whilst having the added bonus of being on a quiet street. The character features of the house. You could not ask for a better location for access to town. It's a one minute walk. Also a very private and quiet location. We are in the town centre. To cover my costs I have to raise the price for me to travel elsewhere and stay in a hotel myself and board my dog. However I try to keep prices reasonable to simply cover my overheads and not charge the silly prices that most accommodation establishments charge at this very busy time in Cheltenham. For the dates 10-16th of march inclusive the self contained annexe, complete with en suite bathroom, kitchenette, private entrance and private garden, tv and wifi, within a 10 minute walk must be booked in their entirety for the entire races week, extra guests are You are getting your own mini cottage with all amenities within a short walk to the races. The holiday inn ( also near the racecourse ) is charging £450 a night. ( parking is extra) for a standard room on the same dates and lacks the privacy, charm and character of the cottage.     Quaint and quirky two double bedroom flat based on a very quiet, tree lined street. The flat is based in the centre of Cheltenham town in an ideal location to explore Cheltenham and the surrounding areas and a perfect base for Cheltenham festivals. Just a 2 minute walk into the town centre, the flat is kitted out with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable.
    The area - The flat is in an ideal location to explore Cheltenham by foot as all of Cheltenham's main attractions are within a short walking distance.(Cheltenham racecourse, montpellier gardens, the lido and Cheltenham general hospital). The flat is based on a very quiet road, some of which offers free on-road parking. The high street is less than a 5 min stroll. The train station is around a 30 min walk or accessible by bus/taxi. Royal well bus station is a 10 min walk. Easy access to nearby cities, London is a 2 hours drive, Birmingham, Bristol and Oxford are all commutable in around 45 mins.
    5 mins walk from Cheltenham high street where you can find many shops and restaurants. 5 minutes walk from the lido an outdoor swimming pool. 10 mins walk from Montpellier gardens. 20 mins drive (buses available) to nearby Cotswold villages (Winchcombe, Bourton on the water, Broadway).

    We are just off the Cotswolds Way and very close to Leckhampton Hill where lovely walks/views/mountain biking can be accessed. Cheltenham is close by with its beautiful regency buildings, theatres, amazing shopping, galleries and fab dining/drinking options! Several festivals take place throughout the year including the famous Cheltenham race week. We're ideally located in the Cotswolds - perfect for a weekend break, a stopover if travelling north or south or an indulgent city break.
    Located in leafy Leckhampton, Cheltenham. Our detached garden cabin has a double bed, kitchen, bathroom, internet tv and parking. We can provide an extra bed or travel cot if needed. Guests love the private and peaceful setting and cosy room. BBQ available for use.
    Several festivals take place throughout the year-literature, science, classical music, cricket and of course, the famous Cheltenham race week. We're ideally located in the Cotswolds - perfect for a weekend break, a stopover if travelling north or south or an indulgent city break. There is a small co-op supermarket just round the corner from our house and 2 decent pubs within a 10 minute walk. The Bath Road with numerous cafe's, shops, restaurants and more pubs is approximately a 15 minute walk. The neighbourhood is peaceful and our street is quiet.

    The Garden room has its own front and back door, and access to a lovely south facing garden. It has a kitchenette and en suite. It can sleep 3, on a double bed and a great futon. An additional charge of £10 will apply for use of the futon. We are 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre and have views onto Cleeve Hill the highest point of the Cotwolds. There are good local pubs, a national award winning fish and chip shop and a supermarket all nearby.
    The Garden Retreat does what it says on the tin. It's a clean comfortable space to relax and stay whilst visiting the beautiful Cotswolds or taking in the atmosphere of Cheltenham and all it has to offer. The room has en suite and cooking and fridge facilities with supermarkets and eateries within the locality. Rosie and Phil are keen airbnb fans and will welcome you to their Garden Retreat.
    This is a quiet well established neighbourhood in perfect position to explore the Cotswolds

    *check my profile to see all rooms* I have 3 rooms available- 1 large with a king size bed & a tv, 1 smaller room with a small double bed, no tv, both recently decorated and also a single room with a single bed & a tv. We have a spacious new bathroom & a large fitted kitchen with new appliances and breakfast bar, take a look at the photos. There is free parking outside the property, we are on a bus route to the train centre and town, can also walk there in 35 minutes. Check my reviews too!
    Please make use of the kitchen if you'd like to - there is always coffee/tea/sugar/milk available, so please help yourself. There is also very good wifi in the home.
    Lovely neighbourhood close to a supermarket, pharmacy and a couple of pubs. All in walking distance.

    A single room available in the Garden flat. Cereal, milk and toast available, plus beverages. Private back entrance, with use of garden area. 😊
    Its a very comfortable room, having single bed, single wardrobe, a chair and desk and chest of drawers. It has its own door into the garden area. The room is 13’ by 7’. Smoking is allowed outside. CHECK IN TIME IS FLEXIBLE. FEEL FREE TO ASK PRIOR TO BOOKING. But, obviously, I must be available! TAXI ANYONE,? If available I offer a taxi service too; £5 to and from the train station.
    My flat is 3 minutes walk cine world, various restaurants and a fitness gym. I am about 5 minutes walk away from the promenade. I am 20 mins walk from the racecourse. We have a good public transport, D bus, from the train station. I am in easy reach of all the Cheltenham festival concert venues. Eg Pittville Pump Room and the Town Hall.

    This superking room is located on the top floor of a large townhouse and offers a quiet and comfortable place to stay. From the south facing window you can look out over the local park to Cleeve Hill. The rooms benefits from an ensuite shower room and also a guest bed if you want to accommodate a child or another guest.
    The area is a quiet private estate found on the western edge of Cheltenham. There is a nice community of young professionals and young families in the area. It is quite common that a game of football is going on in the park opposite. We are within easy reach of local shopping and the town centre.

    Located within walking distance to the Town Centre and Train Station is our cosy terraced victorian home. Offering a private bedroom with 1 king bed and use of the bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room. I live with my partner and during the day we will most often be at work - the evenings will usually find us watching tv in front of the fire. Our house has been recently redecorated but some areas still need finishing - so the hallway and garden are a bit rough around the edges!
    Parking on driveway is available on request. Bedroom - 1 King size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe Bathroom - Bath, walk-in shower, WC, basin, mirror, heated floor Kitchen diner -full use of kitchen and dining area with TV, shelf in fridge Livng room - cozy living room with a warming open fire, TV Garden - We do have a garden but it is not in use due to being full of rubble from the renovation Hallway - yet to be decorated so its a bit rough around the edges

There’s also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, downstairs WC and utility room.
    This modern house comes with it's own private courtyard and private entrance along with outside furniture. There is a fully equipped kitchen diner with induction hob, electric oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher, a downstairs WC and utility room with a washing machine and a lounge with a Smart Flat Screen TV with Netflix. Upstairs the Master bedroom has a comfortable double bed with plush bedding and throw along with it's own modern en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has another comfortable double bed. Towels are provided. There is also a family bathroom with shower over bath. There is plenty of parking available on the road and in the area which is instructed. WiFi is free throughout your stay along with tea and coffee making amenities.
    The house is close to trendy bath road which has plenty of small shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Morans is a particular favourite and is great for an afternoon tea and cake! The house is also well situated for easy access into Cheltenham town centre and close to Leckhampton Hill, a popular tourist spot within the Cotswolds with its famous Devils Chimney.

    Peaceful garden room on ground floor in lovely family house 15 minutes walk from town centre. Own external door, small conservatory, new bathroom, parking, guest wifi, continental breakfast, comfortable bed, and beautiful garden. Excellent base for exploring the Cotswolds, or just enjoying the festivals and shopping in Cheltenham.
    This is a private guest suite in our house. We keep some of our books there. Our garden is outstanding, and we open it in aid of a local charity every summer. We have over 45 rose plants in the garden, and in the summer, guests can sit in their conservatory and look over the garden. There is a patio at the front of the house where you can sit and have breakfast if the weather is warm. The house itself is very warm and well-insulated.
    The Pittville area of Cheltenham originates from Regency times, although not all the houses are from that time. We have the beautiful Pittville Park a hundred yards away with a boating lake, and the Grade 1 listed Pittville Pump Room. The racecourse is close by. It is a residential area primarily, but the town centre is 15 minutes walk away with some of the best shopping outside London.

    Leckhampton is a lovely safe neighbourhood and highly sought after area in Cheltenham. It's within walking distance to many great restaurants, pubs and bars, and is especially close to Bath Road which is a main attraction in terms of food and drink. 2 local supermarkets are only a 5 minute walk away on Bath Road also. The property is only a 15 minute walk from the vibrant town centre, where you can go shopping or take a walk around Montpellier and the Promenade, which hosts a number of great events, such as the Jazz and Literacy Festival. You'll also only be a 15/20 minute car journey away from the main tourist attraction of the town - Cheltenham Racecourse.     Our 4 bedroom family home is set out perfectly for Airbnb guests, it is a long house with guest rooms at one end and our family space at the other end. The beauty of this is guests feel they’ve separate space and we don’t all bump into each other on the landing, etc.
    Our house is tucked away in the heart of Montpellier. Perfect for visiting Cheltenham and experiencing the lovely restaurants near by. To name but a few, we have the brand new Ivy Brasserie just a 2 minute walk from us, along with Cote brasserie and brasserie Blanc a within a stones throw on foot. You can walk into town, via Montpellier, in 5-10 minutes and have access to all the lovely shops and restaurants Cheltenham has to offer.

    The building is set back off the road and a couple minutes walk from the centre of Montpellier and 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. Montpellier has a fantastic array of boutique shops and restaurants and is a fantastic place to enjoy a night out or daytime wonder. The area also has easy access to the M5 motorway and the rest of the Cotswolds.

It’s cosy and convenient, with Waitrose round the corner and access to all the shops, restaurants and bars Cheltenham has to offer. We can set the beds up as a King size double or two singles and the kitchen is fully fitted, with cooker, microwave, fridge and a range of utensils - even tea and coffee!
    As it’s a town centre location parking is restricted. However, we can arrange a parking permit in nearby bays for the duration of your stay.
    The Brewery, Cheltenham’s landmark centre of entertainment and Liesure is within an easy walk.
