Up to 4 guests will have access to the community swimming pool, sun deck, and boardwalk leading to the beach. Coligny Plaza, featuring over 60 shops and restaurants, is just a half mile away or you can choose to explore more of the island stopping at Shelter Cove Harbour, Harbour Town, or golf at one of the numerous courses on your coastal family getaway.
    Studio: Queen Bed, Pullout Bed The interior of this studio sets the stage for a fun weekend on the South Carolina coast with island decor and a mural of a palm tree with parrots. Turn on the electric fireplace and flat-screen cable TV as you unwind on the plush sofa. Feel the cool ocean breeze on your face when you open the sliding glass door and step out to the balcony. Everyone can sit and enjoy the ocean view from one of the 4 chairs. Put on your swim gear and walk down to the pool, work on your tan on the sun deck, or stroll down the boardwalk to the sandy shores. Satisfy everyone's hunger back at the condo with a delicious meal made in the fully equipped kitchen. When dinner is done, set the dining table for 4 and share your favorite moments from the day with loved ones. At the end of the day, rinse off in the shower/tub combo before crawling under the covers of the comfy queen bed. Two more guests can sleep soundly on the pullout bed in the living room.
    Wake up feeling refreshed, enjoy some breakfast, and walk 200 feet to the beach for fun in the sand, sun, and surf! Rinse off the sand and walk over to Coligny Plaza to pick up a souvenir or grab a bite to eat at Pool Bar Jim's. When it's time to get out and see the best of Hilton Head Island, hop on The Breeze Trolley at Coligny Circle and check out Shelter Cove Towne Centre, Park Plaza Shopping Center, and Shelter Cove Harbour. The trolly runs seasonally from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM every day. Hilton Head Island is best seen via bike which you can rent from Bicycle Billy's Bike Rentals. Ride over 60 miles of multi-use trails leading to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Plantation - spotting osprey, blue heron, egret, and the occasional bald eagle along the way. Don't forget to have some fun on the water with dolphin cruises, boat tours, fishing charters, kayaking, paddleboarding, and so much more! End each day with a frozen drink and live music on the sand at Tiki Hut near the studio.

    Spacious 1400 sq. ft. Condo that can sleep up to eight, in a dog friendly environment makes “Beachmore” a convenient and inexpensive place to stay on the island. Plus being on the south end, very close to Coligny Circle and three pools with their own Wi-Fi, makes it great for families or individuals.
    Be our guest at BeachMore, our Family-Friendly (and Fido-Friendly) Townhouse. All tenants over 90 days exempt from 12% tax per SC law. This clean, dog and family-friendly unit is perfect for up 4 people (which is the limit for the lease, per our condo ass'n), and has lots of extra space for overnight guests or friends! Can sleep up to 6 in beds, 2 more on a pull out sofa, and a pack and play even fits in the guest room closet! *2 bedrooms -1 upstairs with very firm King bed, 32 inch flat screen with cable -1 downstairs with 1 Double-bed and 1 Twin bed *loft with twin bed *Queen sofa sleeper bed in the living room. *There is also an on-site pack-n-play that sets up perfectly in the large closet of the downstairs bedroom (we always left the door open for ventilation when ours were young). Rental includes all freshly-laundered linens for stays of 30-days or fewer. Linen rental may be added to month+ rentals for only $25/month. Linens include all adult beds, bath, hand and kitchen towels, washcloths, and potholders; does not include beach towels. We do not provide linens for the pack n play. 2 ½ baths (with clean water filters on both shower heads). 1400 sq. ft. with vaulted double-high ceiling (please note, while the vaulted ceilings are wonderful, they can create quite a temperature imbalance between the first and second floors!), open plan, loft area with twin bed, 60 inch flat screen TV (in Living Room) with FREE Netflix, HDMI cord for gaming/movies and googlecast, wireless internet (speed 300/30 Mbps), infrared grill, jetted garden tub, dining area, washer & dryer. 35 inch TV with cable in Master Bedroom, and 29 inch TV in spare bedroom for DVD watching (no cable). Pool is 50 yards away and has it's own WiFi, short (7-10 minute) walk to the beach, 15-minute walk to Coligny shopping area or three-minute car ride to either. Quiet and safe condo complex features multiple pools and rec. facilities including tennis courts. Island is very bike-friendly with paths everywhere and reasonable rental by the day or week. Summer weeks book Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 4pm the Saturday beginning your stay, check out before 10am the Saturday ending your stay (may be able to accommodate other check-in/out times). Add 12% for all taxes. Security deposit of $500 (which will be returned, less expenses for any damages--in all our years of renting we've only had 2 occasions that we used part of the security deposit to cover damages). No cats please. Please note that Beachmore is Family-Friendly, fun, and comfortable. It is NOT luxury accommodations. It is a well-loved (i.e. well-used) unit that can always use updates and maintenance. If you are seeking a pristine space, this is not a great fit. Restrictions: NO SMOKING in condo. Our condo can sleep up to 6 in beds plus 2 more in a fold-out sofa; The condo association prefers no more than 4 adults in each unit, but there are no limits on children or prohibitions against overnight guests, so if you’d like to have others join you on your trip, you will have beds for them. Want to bring your dog? No problem. Let us know and we'll bill separately $75/week and enjoy how dog-friendly Hilton Head Island is. No cats please (if you bring a dog and don't pay for it, double will come out of your security deposit). *Since this is a non-smoking unit, we request if anyone does smoke, they do so at least 50 feet from the condo and discard butts offsite or in an odor-free container/package outside of the condo. Included in your rental: dishes, flatware, cookware, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, blender, iron, ironing board, bed and bath linens. We provide bedding for all beds in the condo. Netflix is free. To make sure that we are able to cover our mortgage, condo fee, utilities and upkeep on this home, we do not negotiate prices in the typical sense. HOWEVER, if you are looking to save money and have goods or services we can make use of to keep our home in top condition, we will be happy to reduce your price by an appropriate amount. Here is our current wish list, but if you have items or services you think our condo could use, please make suggestions and we’d be happy to consider them! Any professional services would require appropriate professional insurance, bonding, etc. •New dryer (or, if you have the proper insurance, maintenance to our current washer & dryer to optimize its performance) •Paint/Cosmetic: Repaint any room or area per our specs (only if you are a painter by trade); bathrooms would require removal of wallpaper. •Flooring: we would love to replace the carpet on the upper level (if you are an installer who can guarantee/warranty your work as well as the carpet). •Decorative painting: If you are an interior designer or decorative painter, we’re open to some fun wall treatments by agreement. We also have some fun ideas for decorative paint on our cabinetry. We find it is easiest do discuss such things by phone, so if you’re interested in talking about any of these options, please send basic interest along with the best contact number for us to reach you as well as times that are generally good for you to chat.     Our modern studio apartment is part of a 19th century house and shop. This apartment is in the portion of the building which has served various commercial uses, throughout the home's history. In the past this studio has housed a shoe maker, a church, a bakery, a salon, and even a laboratory. This heritage imparts extra character, and offers the experience of being part of the action of daily life passing by the large picture windows. Modern day action is primarily school kids coming and going from the elementary school across the street, neighbors out walking their dogs and periodic horse drawn carriages passing by in grand Savannah fashion. We provide a white noise machine, and privacy window treatments to allow guests a controlled level of privacy in the apartment. The apartment also offers a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, a range, microwave and toaster oven. It's well appointed for visitors, but it does not have full-sized appliances or an oven.

    The unit is 1/4-1/2 of a block from the pier and pavilion. It's within walking distance from lots of restaurants, shops and taverns. It's a simple studio unit that provides excellent beach access at an affordable price. The unit isn't equipped with a kitchen, but does have a microwave and a mini refrigerator. It has a king sized bed and a pull out sofa bed.
    The units is located in what is commonly referred too as downtown/historic Tybee Island. Lots of things to do that are within walking distance of the unit. Most guests arrive and park and don't need their vehicle until they check out. If guests want to visit the north end of the island and don't want to drive, there are several cab companies available at very reasonable rates.

    This unit is alley-side so the street noise is minimal despite being in the middle of the night life. There is no door between the bedroom and the living room but the unit is very large and sleeps 4 with two people on the pullout sofa.
    This condo building is on the premier shopping street in downtown Savannah (Broughton) which has many high end chain stores as well as local independent shops like Savannah Bee Company and Terra Cotta. You will be steps away from all the best dining options as well as the bar scene, the River and many museums and art galleries.

A 1 mi walk/ Uber will get you downtown to Broughton street and the river front area. Downtowner provides free car service 5p-5am anywhere in the historic district through the app. This unit is on the second floor with a large front porch and back patio. Winner Savannah Historic Preservation Award 2008.* Tri-level Loft with two bedrooms and convertible sofa on center platform - sleeps six. Two and a half baths with with walk-in shower and cast-iron tub. Thoughtfully appointed and very comfortable.
    The middle loft at Sanctuary Place is thoughtfully appointed and well stocked with home comforts. Careful attention to detail throughout - the exterior has been restored to its Victorian beginnings and the interior designed for modern needs. This dwelling is unique in Savannah and provides a true "getaway experience." Thanks for your interest, Sanctutary Place. Built in 1889 as St Paul's Episcopal Church by architect Eric Eichberg, this historic property hosted varied congregations over the past century before falling into disrepair around 2002. Restoration began in 2005 and the MIddle Loft was completed along with the exterior in 2008. The exterior sides, covered with stucco, were refitted with cyprus siding. The original vintage pine was reclaimed from the roof and sides to be used for the interior construction. The flying buttresses and bell-tower, both missing for decades, were reconstructed from historic photographs. About 50% of the stained glass was replaced with restoration glass, the surviving memorials were restored where possible. The interior was designed to flow upward and outward providing different vantage-points to view the original details. The original ceiling and support columns provided the framework for a minimalist design concept - further accentuating the remarkable Victorian-era craftsmanship. The green and blue glass combine with amazing results to create a surprising amount of warmth for such a large volume of space. The Loft is contemporary but the juxtaposition of the old and new creates a comfortable balance, giving the Loft the true feel of a home.

    Modern condo in Historic building. Very unique finishes and ideal location in Savannah's tourist area. This condo is between Ellis & Telfair Squares, just a stone's throw to River Street and City Market. This building has the Banana Republic store on the ground level so it is fairly peaceful as you are not above a bar/restaurant although tons of those are nearby. Parking for 1 car is covered by us at the nearby garage! Extra vehicles can pay to park at the same garage. SVR-00241 License
    Amazing blend of old and new! Modern condo in a 1849 building! This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large modern kitchen and tons of original historic details contrasting with modern design touches.Sofa is a sectional with ottoman that can be pushed in to make a bed. The building was constructed in 1849, please note that there will be marked differences between this rental and a corporate hotel or new construction condo. The master bedroom has a King bed and en suite bathroom. The washer and dryer are also located in the master bathroom. A 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed (please review photos, this bedroom has a sliding door and no window on any wall) and the 2nd full bathroom is across the hallway making it convenient for anyone sleeping in the living room to use as well. Bathroom #2 is a full bath with a tiled shower. The sleeper/convertible leather sofa makes a bed approximately the size of a Queen by pushing the ottoman into the L-corner of the sectional. No smoking, no pets and no events/parties are allowed. The rates advertised here are for lodging purposes only. Any gathering with more than the max occupancy (6) must have written permission and an added fee and/or damage insurance or card authorized on file for damages. This unit comes with a garage card for one vehicle in the City of Savannah Robinson Memorial Garage which is a one-block (0.10mi) walk from the building (garage entrance on Jefferson between State and York).     This newly completed carriage house is like no other in Savannah. Upon entering you will experience what all do - drop the "carriage" and enter your "house" - home away from home. Exposed beams on vaulted ceiling are quite unique - the space is ample, yet cozy. Architectural details preserved from it's Victorian heritage will give you a taste of the grandeur found in the main house, originally built for James P. Karr.
    Our neighborhood is one of the best around-we know you'll find the neighbors friendly and welcoming. We live next door and love walking everywhere-a few blocks in the morning for a coffee at The Sentient Bean or a quick trip to Brighter Day for dinner ingredients or a fantastic bottle of wine at Le Chai.     The Loft at Pearl Street is located less than two miles from historic downtown Beaufort, SC. The neighborhood has shops, a grocery store and restaurants. Walk to Starbucks, the grocery store or a fabulous Thai restaurant. The loft is bright, spacious and spotlessly clean. We pride ourselves on providing a spacious comfortable home away from home for our guests. We are located six miles from Parris Island which makes us the perfect location for families attending military graduation.
    The Loft at Pearl Street is in a beautiful brick building that is designed to replicate the historic buildings in downtown Beaufort. The building is less than three years old and was designed to be bright and cheerful. We have tried to provide everything that a guest could want to make their stay comfortable. From umbrellas, to a crockpot, to comfortable beds with cotton sheets, we want your stay with us to be a pleasant experience. We are experienced short term rental hosts and love to get to know our guests prior to their stay by answering questions and making suggestions for what to do in our beautiful town.
    The Loft at Pearl Street is located in a modern uptown part of Beaufort. We are located on a narrow strip of land between two marshes with beautiful oak trees surrounding us.     My gallery-loft is located in the heart of why people come visit Savannah. History, art, sights, food, things to do...you can experience it all from my unique, comfortable space that exudes the same southern, artistic, sultry vibe that Savannah is known for. My gallery-loft is filled with natural light, bringing out the details of my (mostly) original artwork. It's openness makes it spacious enough for 4 guests to stay comfortably together, while curtains and sliding glass doors provide privacy when needed. The kitchen is equipped appliances such as a blender, toaster, microwave, and juicer. I've stocked it with all the basics (and more) that a chef would need...even spices. A keurig coffeemaker and coffee are complementary, as well as cold water in the fridge, snacks, and a bottle of wine. The brand new washer and dryer, as well as detergent, softener, and fabric sheets are also complementary for guests. The evening atmosphere of my gallery-loft is sultry like the city. Lamp lighting and chandeliers create a cool shadows on the brick and violet walls. Put some jazz music on the TV, mix up some cocktails, and socialize in the main lounge area or have an intimate chat in the more masculine den. Relax alone or with another in the European style tub while looking at the night sky before heading to bed with breathable cotton sheets and quality down-filled pillows. Wake up refreshed in the king and queen sized beds as the new morning sun beckons you to come outside and enjoy beautiful Savannah once again. STVR# 01781
    I love my gallery-loft because there is always something new to experience downtown, whether it's award-winning restaurants, events, or movies or shows being filmed. I love it's historic brick walls, unique living space, and sultry, sexy Savannah vibe. I love hearing the horses' hooves on the streets as they go by from inside my gallery-loft. I love it's vintage and European feel, but most of all, it's location can't be beat when it comes to experiencing the best and most of Savannah!
