The flat is located on the first floor of a historical building built in 1837. It overlooks the inner courtyard which guarantees your rest during night.

The apartment offers 47 sqm on the ground floor and an additional 23 sqm on the mezzanine, making a total of 70 sqm. Since this total space is split on 2 levels, the flat feels cosy even if there is only 2 guests staying but even 6 persons can stay comfortably in 3 separate areas.

It offers an inner height of 4,50 metres making impressive spaces.

Ground floor: spacious living room of 20 sqm, kitchen, dining area, bedroom nr. 1 for 2 persons with a bed of 160 cm width, smaller bathroom directly accessible from the bedroom and a larger second bathroom accessible for everyone staying at the flat.

Mezzanine: double bed on the mezzanine (bed width is 160 cm) overlooking the living room and an additional bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm width.

If there is 2 persons staying in the flat, the best area to sleep is the bed on the mezzanine, overlooking the whole of the flat.

This is one of the nicest downtown street so expect it to be busy (although only pedestrian access), yet you do not perceive anything from its vibe since our flat overlooks the calm inner courtyard of the building guaranteeing your rest at night.

This is your location if you want to be in the upscale part of downtown. Just by stepping out of your door, you will be in the absolute centre of the ctiy. No need to take public transport as you will reach every sites within walking distance.

St. Stephen's Square is 120 m from our building.
The Four Seasons Hotel is 150 m walking distance.
Chain Bridge: 300 metres

We fell in love with this flat because of its location and also because of its originally ruiny state, we could renovate it without any compromise. Our intention was to make a small jewel box out of it and we did everything just as if it was for myself for long term living. It is good to make money with your property, but it would not make any fun if we did not see that our guests are happy to stay at our place.
