Nestled in the east end of Gun Lake, is this quaint home with 75ft of lake front including a boat dock. Perfect for a family vacation or weekend getaway w/friends. Come enjoy this 2023 renovated home with brand new lakeside deck built in 2024! The cottage is 1.3 miles from BayPointe, 12 mi from Gun Lake Casino, 40 mi from Kalamazoo & Grand Rapids. There is SO much to do around the area!

This ranch house has been renovated in 2023 with a modern look inside. It has an open concept for kitchen, dinning and living room connectivity with 8 full length windows casting views of the lake for enjoyment.

The carport provides additional outdoor space for not only your vehicle but an area to sit your belongings & lake gear as well as a paved area for grilling as you take in the views.

Guests access to the property includes the home, carport area, front yard and all lake side space including the dock, a huge 16x16 deck and lakeshore area.

The back yard is slightly damp so it is recommended that guest use the large front yard and lake side spaces.

Both sheds are not for guest access.

The deepest part of the lake is directly out a ways from the dock, so an ideal area for fishing. We offer the use of our 3 kayaks and one paddle board with life jackets included for those looking to explore the lake.

Please note: The area around the dock is slightly weedy & mucky and may not be enjoyable for swimming. The Allegan County Park or Yankee Springs Park offer playgrounds & beautiful beaches or for those with boat or other watercraft items the lake itself offers ample swimming places out from shore.

Please keep in mind there is a road between the home and the lake, so special caution should be taken to ensure safety of children when outside in the front or lakeside areas.

It is not recommended to utilize the back yard space given it is slightly damp so guest are recommended to use front, side and lakeside areas for enjoyment including the gorgeous lake views. These spaces are large and offer plenty of space for outside fun.

We keep FAKE rubber SNAKES on the dock, to keep seagulls off the dock. Don't be alarmed!

The afternoon sun is intense so it is recommended to keep some blinds shut to help cool the house. The western view makes for beautiful sunsets!!!

The house is located at the very east end of the lake with one neighbor to the left spaciously away given the lot size is large and includes both sheds which are not available to renters.

There is ample parking in the main driveway & turnaround. Do not drive on lawn, as it is very soft.

The traffic on the road is not excessive and cannot be heard inside the house.
