You get the whole home!! Our Most Private Suite. Quiet, Comfortable with Great Views!! Sleeps 2, The perfect hide-away with a queen size pillow top bed. Private Deck and Patios. Full Bathroom in suite, Direct TV sitting area, WiFi. There is a CHILD-SIZE roll-away bed available for one child. Sleeps a total of three (3) people. Self Catering with a full Kitchen for your cooking needs. There is a BBQ for your use on the Roman Stone patio. A maximum of three people in this room. You get it all!!!

It is important to note that this room is on the second floor of the house. This Home/Room are very private, quiet and has wonderful waterfalls, garden and mountain views.

If you book this room you will need to be able to climb 11 stairs that has a handrail and one landing. 99% of our guests have no issue with this stairway. If you have a Heart/Lung condition, are highly overweight or have bad legs ... do not book this room.

Important Note: Due to Covid-19 we are not mixing People/Families at our Historic B&B/Guest Home. When you book this room you get the ENTIRE home all to your party of two (2) Adults. This home is large at 4200 square feet with outdoor spaces at about 2500 square feet. There is an outdoor BBQ for your use as well, on our large stone patio for outdoor sitting and dinning.

See our downstairs room, "The Crystal Palace Suite", on the main floor of this home for this same "Whole Home" deal. It has a private, wheelchair suitable entry, shower seat, handrails in shower and toilet areas and is perfect for older guests.

Sadly ... Due to the Corona Virus Pandemic we are no-longer offering Full Breakfast. There is a fully equip kitchen for you cooking needs.

The ownership lives on site in a small cottage in the backyard area. If you give us your arrival time/date we will meet you upon arrival ... and then turn you lose to enjoy ... We can provide maps, suggestions for fun and fine dining. This home is COMPLETELY FURNISHED ... right down to the wine glasses and pots/pans. You will have the Kitchen space dedicated only to you during your stay to cook your own Breakfasts, Lunches and Dinners. There is also an outdoor BBQ for your use. The Kitchen, Laundry Room, Dinning Room, Library, Sitting/Media rooms are for your use alone ... all are on the main ground floor of the Home. Total living area to enjoy is about 4200 square feet. There is a large Roman Stone patio w/plenty of outdoor living space/seating. The Patio is surrounded by lush floral landscaping with two water features, towering shade trees and manicured grass lawns. Outdoor evenings are beautiful ... Montana style.

Special Note: when you book this listing ... you will be the only guests at this residence during your stay. Ownership blocks out all other rooms ... so you have the whole home to yourself ... all living spaces included: Kitchen, Laundry, Living Room, Dinning Room and so much more ...

ONE FINAL NOTE: due to Covid-19 concerns ... we are not mixing people at this Guests House. When you rent a room .... We block all others rooms so you will be our only guests during your stay. It's not economically the way to make end meet for us ... but your health a safety come first when you stay with us.
