Express Check-in from our shop at The Cosmopolitan - Shop 14/3142 Surfers Paradise Blvd, Surfers Paradise. Arrival may be anytime from 2pm onwards, all through the night.
Keycafe check-in system accessible at our shop (Map, photos and all other information will be shared once booking is confirmed.) On arrival day, your code will be sent by email and/or SMS, anytime before 2pm.
Please make sure you have provided us your correct email address and best mobile phone contact number.
On departure day you will return all keys to the Keycafe check-in/checkout machine.
Damage Deposit - $500 must be paid direct to the property via payment link no later than two days prior to arrival date. This is in accordance with http://www.airbnb.com.au/help/article/140 as we are a professional software-connected host. For guests with 2 or more 5* reviews, we will waive the upfront bond.
Once booking is completed, we can send you further check-in information and attachments.
WiFi is included at no charge.
5. Parking is included at no charge. Maximum vehicle height is 2.2 metres. Buses, tall vehicles, trailers, caravans, boats or any vehicle taller than 2.2 metres cannot access onsite parking. If travelling with any of these vehicles, you may ask us for guidance - The parking options for taller vehicles, trailers, etc will NOT be within the resort basement parking or resort common areas and will be public areas/paid parking.
Your apartment includes two complimentary car spaces in the Mantra Circle on Cavill Residents Parking basement below your apartment. Understandably more cars may visit with your booking. If pre-arranged we can help with further parking options for you.
