Very nice and quaint neighborhood with anything you would need in a 5 minutes waking distance. Hairdresser, pastry shop, coffee shop, mini market, park, 24h open gas station.
The apartment doesn't share any walls with the neighbors, it only has the ceiling shared with the upstairs neighbors but they're not loud or intrusive. It doesn't get more private.
