Cosy Cottage in a prime location - Little Penty is a charming and surprising spacious terraced "Fisherman's cottage" in the heart of Padstow Old Town, a short walk from the quay but tucked away in a courtyard. The cottage is full of character and despite its convenient central location within the town is surprisingly quiet and secluded. pets accepted by Prior arrangement.

The Layout :
Front Door leads to:
Open plan Kitchen/Living Dining Room
Cosy living area with two seater sofas and two armchairs, Smart TV, CD/Radio player DVD player and electric log burner effect fire. Book case stocked with books to read and swap and board games for guest use.
Dining Area with table and stools
Galley style Kitchen – equipped with all that’s required for a self catering stay, including electric oven with hob, microwave, small George Foreman electric grill, toaster. Please note this area is slightly raised and may have restricted height for guests over 6ft tall.
Hall has stairs leading to the first floor.
First Floor.
Bedroom 1 - double room with wardrobe and chest of drawers and Window overlooking front garden patio area.
Bedroom 2 - twin room with fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers and Roof light.
Family Shower room: with WC, wash hand basin and showers only in bath with electric shower over.   Heated towel rail.
Pets Maximum 2 pets of small/medium size are accepted by prior arrangement.
Outside: Enclosed front patio area with garden table and chairs.

Bedding: : Duvets, Pillows and Bed linen supplied, please bring your own towels. These can be hired locally, details available on request.

Electricity and Night Storage Heating included in Rental.
Standard Changeover Day - Saturday

Please note: We would never be able to confirm that a garden and outside areas are dog proof even if the garden is enclosed – as there are so many variables, size of dog and boundary type, please ensure your dog is not left unattended at anytime.
Please see notes in the main description regarding the height in the kitchen and shower only in the Shower room.
Bed Linen is provided. Please BYO towels and beach towels.

النقاط البارزة في الحيّ

Padstow is a picturesque working fishing port located on the North Cornish Coast offering a variety of shops and amenities as well as water sport activities. The surrounding area has been designated an area of outstanding natural beauty with several sandy beaches being within two to four miles.
For golfing enthusiasts the championship golf course at Trevose is four miles distant, the former market town of Wadebridge is within 7 miles and offers more extensive shopping facilities.
Newquay Airport which offers regular flights to the capital is within approximately 10 miles. and offers a number of national and international flights, with flights from London Gatwick to Newquay taking under one hour.

All types of water sports are available on the River Camel, water skiing, windsurfing, and sailing, prove to be very popular in both summer and winter. The famous surfing beaches of Newquay, Polzeath and Constantine Bay are only a short drive away. The championship links golf courses of Trevose and St Enodoc are within 5 & 9 miles respectively.

Connections are good with the A30 dual carriageway at Bodmin only 12 miles away which provides access to the national motorway network at Exeter. There is a railway station at Bodmin Parkway which links directly to London Paddington.
