A stunning property, in one of Marbella's most exclusive luxury developments, Palo Alto. Set in an elevated position with spectacular 180 degree views of the Mediterranean Sea and Andalusian hills, this south-facing property is beautifully appointed with top quality interior specifications and a large open plan living area. It features a fully fitted luxury kitchen by Gunni & Trentino with Siemens appliances and luxury Gunni & Trentino bathrooms with underfloor heating throughout. The property also has it's own underground parking space and access to the impressive communal swimming pools.

In the hills, just five minutes above Marbella, Palo Alto, is one of the Costa del Sol's most exclusive luxury developments. With views of the Mediterranean and the naturally stunning Sierra de las Nieves mountains right on the doorstep, Palo Alto has it all, including a world-class health club, gym, indoor and outdoor pools and much more.

This luxury apartment features two bedrooms, a double and a twin, it has two bathrooms, and is furnished to a high quality. The bespoke furnishings collection by Roia Jabari Interior Design features custom hand-made furniture including sofas and beds, luxury Jim Thompson raw silks and natural hand woven fabrics for blinds, headboards and wall coverings, individually selected art pieces and a feature wall with an ethanol fireplace in the living room. When it comes to the bedrooms, both rooms are lovingly styled, yet unique in their own ways.

The property has both air-conditioning, as well as under floor heating throughout.

Open plan living/dining area: The open plan living means optimal use of space and allows the natural light to flood in, filling every corner of this social area. The sliding doors to the terrace make for a seamless integration between the indoor and outdoor space, and enables you to appreciate the stunning views, wherever you are. The interior is stylish and spacious, it features a waterfall style dining table with four chairs, a plush living area with a stunning, custom made sofa, a feature wall with an ethanol fireplace and a wall-mounted LED TV. Bedroom 1: This bedroom is a feature in itself due to the floor to ceiling glass doors that allow the natural light to flood in, bringing with it the views of the Andalusian hills and the sparkling Mediterranean. The bedroom is tastefully finished with natural colours throughout so as not to distract from the views. It features a custom made Roia Jabari interior design bed, beautiful wooden dressing area, and plenty of storage space. The sliding doors also open up onto the terrace to allow for more indoor/outdoor living.

Bedroom 2: Located on the opposite side of the property, this bedroom is spacious and bright, due to the floor to ceiling windows that span the width of the room. The room is tranquil and inviting, with tasteful décor, and twin beds.

Both bathrooms in this property are luxury Gunni & Trentino bathrooms. They are bright and spacious, each with double, floating vanity units, a large walk-in glass shower and toilet.

Kitchen: The fully fitted luxury kitchen, also by Gunni & Trentino, is seamless and elegant. It comes with Siemens appliances including a double door fridge/freezer, and finished to a very high spec.

Terrace: The expansive 38m2, glass fronted, south facing terrace is one of the main attractions of this property. It is the perfect place to soak up the breath-taking, uninterrupted sea and mountain views. Featuring individually designed, custom made outdoor furniture, that not only boasts impeccable craftmanship, but also the highest levels of comfort. The terrace is largely covered, but gets plenty of sun throughout the day.
