Each apartment has been designed to maximise the use of its ~1000sqft floor area. The double-glazed glass sliding doors that open out from the bedrooms, living, and dining areas to the balconies allow cross-ventilation and natural light throughout, and also act as noise and heat barriers during the hotter and busier times of the day.

Privacy is maintained with roller blinds, with additional blackout blinds in bedrooms to ensure restful sleep.

The open-plan living spaces have been thoughtfully appointed to meet your every need.

55 FLOWER ROAD is centrally located in Colombo's prime residential area Colombo 7. This precinct which is also known as Cinnamon Gardens is home to a fine mix of residential properties, schools, banks, cafes and restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores, clothing and homeware stores, a public park, and the National Museum. You will never be short of things to do in the neighbourhood. When you fancy a late night out in town, the pubs and night life in Colombo Fort are only a 10 minute tuk-tuk ride away.

55 FLOWERROAD was my husband's home throughout his childhood. Years later, when our two boys were still very young, we renovated the old home to accommodate the needs of our growing family.

When we relocated overseas, our home was rented for almost ten years to a lovely family who enjoyed the house for its unique style and prime location.

In 2017, we embarked on a grand adventure to completely transform the place we once called home, to what it is today.

I have always dreamt of running a business of my own, and the natural path was to develop 55 FLOWERROAD to a business enterprise.

As a family, we have precious memories of our years at 55 FLOWERROAD, and although it now offers modern living experiences, it remains the perfect Colombo home with a class and character of its own.

In 2022, THE LOFT @ FIFTYFIVE was added to our portfolio offering the adventurous traveller a unique living experience within 280sqft of tiny house dwelling.

I’m thrilled to be co-hosting 55 FLOWERROAD and THE LOFT @ FIFTYFIVE with Gayathri, who also happens to be my niece. Coming from a family of strong women, she has a no-nonsense approach to all things logistical and thrives in client-interface. She has a wealth of experience in e-marketing in the travel & tourism industry, and I consider myself very lucky to have her on board.
