Near to Bracknell, Ascot and Windsor. Characterful newly renovated barn with all mod cons. The barn is a haven with only cows for neighbours. Your hosts live in the main house and are very quiet! There is a snuggly double bed, TV, Wifi, washing machine/dryer and a comfy sofa as well as an outside bistro table and chairs. Literally walk out on to a pretty country lane and you are in the countryside!
Excellent location for rambling walks with or without dogs. and bird watchers or a short walk to great pubs and restaurants. Ideal for local business people as a hotel alternative and for extra privacy. Gated driveway with ample space for 2 cars. Near to mainline station for London and surrounding areas. Easy access to all London airports.

We are situated in a beautiful country lane and are surrounded by unspoiled countryside. Fabulous for rambling walks and birdwatching. There are several very good pub/restaurants walking distance away. Delivery available from local Indian,Chinese and Pizzeria. Within the grounds of a beautiful picturesque thatched cottage. Shire ponies grazing in a nearby field. Llamas, sheep and horses nearby. Pretty show cows in our adjacent field.
Superstore nearby if needed!
We do ask that guests respect our privacy when staying with us; our gardens are private and not available for guests to use for any purpose.

My husband John and I are both from Windsor. We love our town and are proud of its beauty and history.
We are very excited to have launched our two Windsor properties over the last couple of years and we’re pleased with how it’s gone. So please come and visit and help us become more popular!
We hope our guests will enjoy our lovely modernised Victorian townhouse.
Prior to turning it into a bed and breakfast, we lived here for five years and loved every minute of it. The town house is situated in the heart of the town, close to some fabulous bars, restaurants, an art centre and of course our famous landmarks. The castle, Ascot racecourse, Windsor racecourse, Smith’s lawn ( polo) Legoland, Lapland and the amazing long walk and many other beautiful places.
Our other Windsor property is modern with parking and very near Legoland! Eton is a walk away and the town of Bray made famous by chef Heston Blumenthal nearby.
John and I now live in Warfield which is a ten minute drive away.
We have a lovely barn in the garden available for two and near the most beautiful walks and a fishing lake.We’re happy to give any help we can to our guests and offer you a very warm welcome to Windsor and Warfield. .
We can offer you a hamper, flowers or champagne on arrival at reasonable cost. Just ask!
