f you desire a comfortable, no-fuss getaway on AMI-Bradenton Beach then this condo is for you. Only a short walk to the beach or to Bridge St that is loaded with shops, restaurants, bars & entertainment. Our unit is located on the ground floor (1st) with French doors leading directly to the rear pool & patio. The interior is perfectly decorated with a very comfortable furniture and bedding, walk in shower, flat screen smart TV's just waiting for you to relax in comfort. Sleeper sofa (children welcome) Recent renovations in 2019. See pictures

1st of all location is amazing!! Not only 1 block from beach but 1 block from strip! Very clean updated spot. Perfect for a quick quiet getaway. The owners are wonderful people and very helpful. If you need a break from life, don't hesitate to book this spot! Definitely will be coming back!!

The address is 301 Highland Ave Condo ‪2, Bradenton Beach, 34217‬. PER WELCOME LETTER Your code for entry (on the door) is —— * (Note: you must include * (check mark-bottom left). Pause until you hear it unlock before opening door.

Check-in is ‪4:00 pm‬, but the condo is usually cleaned by ‪2:00‬. Please check to see if it is cleaned before entering with luggage, etc.  Check-out is ‪10 am‬.

Beach chairs are provided Inside the condo. Also a beach umbrella, beach towels, small ice chest, iron/ironing board, blow dryer, washer/dryer, and a fully-equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare a full meal.



As you know, this is a privately-owned condo. We strive to provide you a beautiful place to rewind and relax. We would appreciate your cleaning behind yourselves both in front of the building and in the pool area (e.g. removing towels and personal items, cleaning and recovering grill after use, disposing of all trash, etc.). Please place any full trash bins to street for pick up. Thanks

• Outside shower in pool area.
• Books and games are stored in the drawer of the TV console in the family room.
• Additional cleaning services are available for a fee if you desire.  Please contact owners to schedule.
• This unit is equipped with ceiling smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher located by the washer/dryer in the laundry closet.  Please familiarize yourself and your guest with this equipment.  In the event of a fire remember that smoke rises and door knobs can be hot to the touch.  Keep low and proceed to the nearest exit which may be a window.
• HVAC- please turn AC thermostat to 78 when leaving to return home.

• This unit is equipped with ceiling smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink. Please familiarize yourself and your guest with this equipment.  In the event of a fire remember that smoke rises and door knobs can be hot to the touch.  Keep low and proceed to the nearest exit which may be a window.
• HVAC- please turn AC thermostat to 78 when leaving to return home.
• Access to the Beach:  Just across the street.
• A city park including a children’s playground, basketball court, and picnic tables is two blocks away at the end of our street facing the bay.  You could also fish in the bay if desired.  There is additional “day only parking” in this area if you have a friend visit.


• Publix is the local grocery store and is one mile from the condo, 3900 E. Bay Dr. Holmes Beach, FL 34217
• Pick up a local free paper called the Islander or Sun Times to check out what is happening during the dates you are here.
• Fishing guide…Gary Huffman Inshore Sport Fishing, ‪941-321-4870‬.  He is great with children and adults.
• Boat and Jet Ski rentals available at Bradenton Beach Marina.
• Free trolley service runs from the end of Anna Maria to Coquina Beach.  Service times are ‪6:00am to 10:30 pm‬ and picks up close to our unit on Gulf dr. at ‪27th st‬ before you get to Circle K.  The trolley picks up every 20 minutes and you can Google free Anna Maria trolley for the schedule.
• Longboat Key- St. Armand’s Circle is ‪20 minutes south on Gulf Dr.‬  Great shopping, restaurants, and the Mote Aquarium.  On the way there are several great places by the water to eat…The Shores of Longboat, Mar vista, and The Dry Dock.
• South Bradenton Beach…favorite sports bar is Island Time Sports Bar at the corner of Gulf and Bridge St.  Above this bar is Bridge Street Bistro where you can make a reservation for a special dinner with a lovely water view. The Beachhouse Restaurant has a large outdoor area, is family friendly, and on the water.
• Bridge Street is a charming street offering many ways to spend a day or evening.  Parking can be an issue.  You can park by the beach and walk back to Bridge Street. 
(Parking is ok on weekends in lot behind City Hall) Many ride the trolley, or call the Monkey bus, which is a local taxi service.  Bridge Street is lined with restaurants, bars, a mini golf, and a wonderful wooden fishing pier.  Live music ‪Thursday through Saturday‬ up and down the street.

• Drive across the Cortez Bridge and the 1st yellow building after the bridge on the right is Tide Tables- casual, fresh seafood, and the best fried shrimp in town.  A little further down the street at ‪12306 46th Ave. W. Cortez, FL‬ is The Starfish Company.  They only take cash and there is usually a line. It is very fresh seafood and they have a seafood market.
• Anna Maria is the northern tip of the island.  There is shopping along Pine Street and you don’t want to leave without experiencing the homemade cinnamon rolls at Ginny’s and Jane’s, 9807 Gulf Dr.  They open ‪at 7:00am‬ and close ‪at 4:00pm‬.  These rolls are very popular so get there early because when they sell out it is a major bummer. 
 •The Rod and Reel and The Anna Maria city piers are both great places to fish, eat, and watch a sunset. Both have bait to purchase on sight. 
•Another nearby favorite place to eat is the Waterfront Restaurant which is across from the Anna Maria City pier.
