Description:
This 5 Star Condo is located in the absolute heart of downtown Asheville. Beautifully decorated and just steps from all downtown Asheville has to offer and the South Slope. (1 Block from Pritchard Park, a few blocks from Pack Square, next door to the Asheville Museum of Science., Across the street from Tops Shoes). The Loft at 51 College was decorated by local artist Eli Corbin, and is full of her colorful paintings. This loft was featured on the 2008 Asheville Museum Loft and Art tour.
This Condo is one of the few properties downtown that is legally permitted through the City for short term rentals.
This 1100 SF 2 bedroom 2 bath loft offers all the comforts of home. The main living area has wood floors, a mosaic tile surrounds the gas fireplace and the kitchen is open to the living room and dining room.
At the end of the day, relax in the Master bedroom with King bed and comfortable linens. The master bedroom has wood flooring and adjoins the tiled master bath, with tub. There is a TV with Netflix, Amazon Fire Box and a DVD player with a variety of DVDs if you choose to snuggle in and watch movies.
The guest bedroom has a comfortable Queen size pillow top mattress and TV with Netflix and Amazon Fire Box. Both bedrooms are located toward the interior of the building to assure a quiet night's sleep.
The kitchen has all the modern upgrades (including gas range) and is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, utensils and appliances. Enjoy your coffee or breakfast in the morning while people watching in the breakfast nook area which looks down onto bustling College Street. We provide both a Keurig and Regular Drip Coffee Maker. Coffee is not provided
There are both elevator and stair access to this loft, with convenient parking directly across the street in the city owned Rankin Avenue parking deck. Parking: The entrance to The Loft at 51 College is conveniently located directly across from the Rankin Street parking garage. Charge is $12/day.
