Guests are welcome to the entire 2+ acres. There is a property survey & safety tips located in the on-site Guest Book. All exploring is done at guests' own risk.

+Check-in: After 3:00 PM/ Check-out: By 11:00 AM

+No non-booked guests, events or parties allowed (small celebrations w/ booked guests only are the exception)

+Dogs on a case-by-case basis. (It’s important to know that our property is NOT fenced & is best suited for those pet owners who plan to take their four-legged family members with them on most outings & adventures.)

***To adjust to trends in travel for our guests at this time, we are modifying our no-pet policy. We now will evaluate allowing up to two (2) dogs only on a case-by-case basis with a standard $200 pet fee. There will be limitations on aggressive breeds & size, as well as those that shed excessively. POTENTIAL GUESTS WANTING TO BRING THEIR CANINE FAMILY MEMBER(S) MUST CONTACT HOST BEFORE BOOKING. UNAUTHORIZED PETS WILL RESULT IN LOSING FULL $500 DAMAGE DEPOSIT. Separate Pet Policy rules will be communicated once approval is requested. ***

+Bed linens & towels will not be changed during stay, washer & dryer available

This home is part of a rural neighborhood that includes an intimate number of 2+ acre properties that are a mix of residences & other vacation homes, located right off of Ranch Road 12 outside of Wimberley.

There is easy access to refreshing swimming holes like Wimberley’s Blue Hole, Jacob’s Well & Cypress Falls (CF: no reservations needed)--all within a 15 minute drive, as well as Hamilton Pool & Reimers Ranch Park (RRP: no reservations needed) on the other side of Dripping Springs--both within a 30 minute drive.

Explore the area’s excellent eateries like Wimberley’s Leaning Pear & Driftwood’s Hays City Store. This area is home to an array of distillery-brewery-winery-eatery experiences like Vista Brewing, Driftwood Estate Winery, Jester King Brewery & Treaty Oak Distilling to name a few. Not to mention some of the best barbecue around with Creekside Cookers in Wimberley & The Salt Lick just down the road in Driftwood, as well as an unforgettable tuscan experience at Trattoria Lisina--ALL within a 15-20 minute drive.

Treat yourself to the downtown boutiques & outdoor markets. Don't miss Wimberley Market Days (1st Saturday of each month March-December)! Step out in style for that special event held at one of the incredible area venues. Check out the many hike/bike trails & nature preserves like Blue Hole Regional Park in Wimberley & Westcave Preserve in Dripping Springs.

Live music & dancing can be found a short 5 miles away at Mercer Street Dancehall & The Shady Llama outdoor beer & wine garden is less than a mile down the road.

For a more distant adventure, both south ATX & the San Marcos Outlet Mall are located just 30 minutes away. Both Fredericksburg & New Braunfels are approximately an hour away.
