GREAT for couples, solo and business travel. You have a private separate entrance to the bedroom, patio/pergola with outdoor furniture, outdoor shower, carport parking, and large fenced in backyard all for your use. There are tons of excellent restaurants, bars and shopping within a 5 mile radius, some even walking distance! Places like Food Lion, Harris Teeter, TJ Maxx can be found within a 2 minute drive. Two adult-size beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided outside of your room.

My home was built in October of 2018. The ground-level bedroom where you will be staying was just built in May of 2020. The bedroom is small but how much space do you need when your visiting the beautiful OBX! It consists of a cozy queen bed, private bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette. The room has its own private entrance. I do live upstairs with my 2 Golden doodles (Gia & Bowie). You may hear us (them) occasionally, but we try to be as quiet and respectful as possible! My place is located centrally in Nags Head with a large park for kids across the highway. The room consists of a mini fridge, wet bar, Keurig, toaster oven, flat screen with Roku (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime & WIFI) and beach towels for guests to use! The room will have 2 bottles of water and K-Cups coffee for the Keurig, if you need more, just ask! I utilize a keypad for key-less entry, a code will be given upon arrival. I also have an exterior security system installed in my carport and front door for added peace of mind.

I have a unique schedule with working two jobs. Sometimes in the morning I work from home, but other times I am gone for work. I manage a local restaurant a few nights, usually getting home late. You may hear me come in and play with the dogs, but I try to take them out immediately. We may or may not bump into each other. I am available by text, call or email most of the day if you need to reach me. I will respect your privacy as long as the favor is returned.

I live in a safe and well established neighborhood. I am in a prime location near some of the Outer Banks best restaurants such as Tortuga's Lie (2 min), Mama Kwans, Kill Devil Grill, Food Dudes, Surfing Spoon frozen yogurt, JK's Steakhouse, all 3-5 minute drive. Within a 5 minute walk, I have Waverider's Deli (coffee, sandwich, craft beer hangout), Madison's Pizza (taco pizza!) and Greentail's Seafood Market, which has lunch! Many places also deliver to my location, the guest book has many recommendations in it. I am approximately 45 minutes from Corolla/Carova, wild horses roam on the beach! South of me, 15 minutes drive to downtown Manteo where you can park your car to walk the boardwalk. There are options for lunch/dinner, rum distillery, shopping, ice cream, etc!
