The property is located between the two small villages of Sant'eugenia and Algaida, just 17km away from Palma.
Its central position makes of this villa the perfect place to be based to visit the most interesting cities and naturalistic attractions such as the picturesque Valldemossa (25 minutes), Soller (25 minutes), Palma (20 minutes), the Sierra of Tramontana (15 minutes) where to have relaxing hike enjoying the cool breeze and the amazing views of the sea

The house itself is rustic stoned villa.
In the downstair floor there is a cozy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room.
One double bedroom with bathroom en-suite with tub and shower, one king size bedroom with bathroom en-suite with shower and jacuzzi, one apartment with double bedroom, bathroom en-suite, and a living room with direct access to the garden and the pool
In the upper floor there is a living room, two double bedrooms with bathroom en-suite and a room with two single beds

In the outdoor there is ah with a table for 10, a swimming pool, bbq area and a nice garden
