As a thank you for choosing to book our condo amongst many other options the following will be included: Beach chairs, beach towels, beach blanket, micro cooler, tennis request and balls, starter pack toiletries, starter pack dish soap, paper towels, sponge and trash bags.

The barrier island of Tybee offers 5 miles of sandy shores. Our condo balcony is perfectly situated beachfront on the Northern part of the island where the Savannah River opens up to the Atlantic ocean. Due to its calmer and gentler waters, it is the best spot on the island for dolphin and bird watching. It is also the perfect area to get a close up view of the large container ships making their way into the port of Savannah. It's north/westward facing location creates the perfect opportunity to take pictures of jaw-dropping sunsets...whether on the beach or from the privacy of your balcony (because this unit has a balcony that faces the beach directly with unobstructed views. Watching the sun seemingly melt into the water will not disappoint! This beach is close to a great shelling area near the point and generally is less crowded, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Condo secured with keyless entry. Unique passcode is generated for each guest that works from check in to check out. This unit comes stocked with everything from coffee to beach chairs creating a worry free getaway.
Within walking distance to restaurants/pubs, coffee shops, shopping, bike and kayak rental and only a quick 5 minute cab away from the busier action of Tybee's main hot spot 'Tybrisa Street'.
This Condo has in-unit high-speed wireless internet and is completely furnished with a full size fridge, microwave, 4 burner stove, oven, blender, standard coffee maker, and all essential cooking ware (pots, pans, etc.) Also includes all dish and flatware (utensils, plates and glasses). Bath/ Beach towels and linens furnished. The unit is on the first floor. The building is up on stilts about 6 feet, so there are some steps ( there is a ramp on the east side of the building, but not near this condo entrance).
We personally feel that these condos are best suited for 2 people due to size and one parking space allotment, and thus have restricted occupancy to 2 guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a 18" corner mounted TV.

The Kitchen/ Living area offers waterfront views and has a dining table with padded comfortable seating, couch and 30" flat screen smart TV that includes full cable, DVD player and access to your netflix account in case you feel like staying in and relaxing.

The Laundry facilities are conveniently located on the same end of the building as the condo unit. The washers and dryers are coin operated and it costs approximately $3 to wash and dry a load. The complex does not have a coin machine, so should you choose to wash clothes while on vacation, make sure you bring a few rolls of quarters.

The north end of Tybee has many attractions such as: Dolphin tours, fishing charters, kayak, paddleboard and jet ski rentals, climb the historic lighthouse, Jaycee park and walking path, Tybee Island Marine science center, Tybee airboats, Surf lessons, yoga on the beach and Fort Screven just to name a few. Favorite pubs and restaurants nearby are Huca-poos, Sundae cafe ( great for a romantic dinner, BUT reservations are a must...even during the off season) Quarter bar and grill (perfect for the late night Hamburger and onion rings... they serve food til 0245 am nightly), North Beach bar and grill, Bubba Gumbo's...best fried shrimp and fresh catch, Crab shack, Sugar Shack for dessert and Tybean for coffee and pastries.

Guests will have access to the full condo, the beach dunewalk and to two pools. Pool between A and B building has a nine foot deep end as well as kiddie pool and bathroom facilities. Pool to the left of B building, if facing the beach, is smaller and very quiet as many people are not aware of both pools, additional nice dune deck for viewing sunset as well.
You will also have access to a shared charcoal grill (grilling utensils provided) and tennis courts.

Parking is for ONE car ONLY per association rules. This is monitored closely by complex staff to ensure all guests have their allotted space. Parking pass to be displayed in window.

Golf carts are not allowed in condo community complex per association rules.

Pets are not allowed in condo complex per association rules and pets on the beach are not allowed by law.

Self check in anytime after 4 pm and check out is required at 10 am unless other arrangements have been made in writing prior to arrival. This ensures adequate time for the unit to be cleaned prior to following incoming guest.

North Beach encompasses Tybee's portion of Highway 80 all the way to 2nd Avenue. Home to such a large portion of the island, this area of Tybee boasts a wide range of historic attractions, unique shops and eateries. North Beach is home to some of my most favorite local art. Dig for vintage treasures at Fish Art Gallerie, Seaside Sisters, Casey Jones Photography and Gallery or Justabreeze Gallery & Framing.
Also located near the Tybee Wedding Chapel.
Regardless of where you stay, any area of the beach comes with its own charm and can be enjoyed by all.
The gated condo complex is located in a quiet tucked away neighborhood perfect for exploring via walking or bike and not to far from several eateries for every palate. Bargain beachfront location with easy access to pool, parking and beach. This is the perfect spot for anyone looking to get some sunshine, sandy toes and fresh sea breezes.

Hi, I'm Michelle! I was born and raised on Turner's creek on Wilmington Island in Savannah, GA. I still live on Wilmington because of its beauty and close proximity to the beach. I spent most of my time growing up either, in the boat, on the dock or at Tybee beach. It makes me proud that my family and I are deeply embedded in the shipping industry of Savannah. My Father and Uncle are both maritime pilots that climb aboard the cargo ships to assist the ship's captain in manoeuvring the ship while arriving and departing port. My Cousin is a pilot apprentice and both my Brother and Husband are tugboat captains. Our air bnb listing has been in our family since I was a teenager and the shipping activity is visible from the beachfront condo. I graduated from Armstrong Atlantic State University with Bachelor's in Nursing. Currently, I work part time with children at one of the local hospitals. I am also a wife to the love of my life and mother to two sweet little boys. I have an adventurous spirit, enjoy taking care of others and love to travel and meet new people. After staying for the first time through airbnb, I knew that I would enjoy sharing our beachfront property as a host. I have a multitude of hobbies. I enjoy anything to do with the water; especially boating, paddle boarding, photographing sunsets and relaxing on the beach. I love walking the wooded trails at Wormsloe Plantation in Savannah and walking the beach while looking for shells that I use to decorate lamps, sconces, mirrors and door hangers. I also love to read, as well as visit our many local quaint restaurants and bars with friends and family, all while listening and dancing to live music that they often offer. Jim Croche, Van Morrison and Coldplay are three of my most favorite music artists. I consider myself easy-going and laid back, as well as an effective communicator. I am excited to host our piece of beachfront paradise and am always happy to offer trip suggestions if requested.
