St George is spacious bedroom, can fit more than 2 Large Suitcases & a couple of carry-ons. This Private bedroom can be added to the T.O. PRIV. APARTMENT as the 2nd BEDROOM to the APARTMENT suitable to up to 6 Guest.

Amenities in the room includes
43" Smart TV w/ Netflix HD, YouTube,
A Microwave, Fridge & FREE WIFI - 1GB/Sec Speeds
Bed Trays to eat while on the bed.

The connecting wall & Door Sound Proofing is about 90% effective.

The bedroom has a QUEEN Size Bed that can fit up to 2 people for a good night rest.
This room is one of the more spacious rooms on the 2nd floor.

WASHROOMS
Both Washrooms upstairs is for Guest & Residents of the house.

The Room has a Queen size bed which will more than comfortably fit 2 adults for a good night sleep.

The Room has a Mini Fridge, Smart TV, Microwave a Desk, Chair and Dresser.

Surveillance Camera's will be added to the majority of the Common Areas, Which includes the Hallways, Kitchen/Living Room, Laundry and Exterior of the house (NOT the Washrooms & Bedrooms of course).

DRIVEWAY PARKING
Driveway Parking is available usually its first come first serve basis but if a guest request to book a space I may be able to reserve a space. MUST ASK HOST TO RESERVE A SPACE prior to booking, otherwise the Host has the right to ask you to relocate on the street of TAMARISK DRIVE.

STREET PARKING
Is also available on the Streets of TAMARISK Drive right beside the house (Watch for the NO PARKING SIGNS). Street parking does allow overnight parking without a permit.

The HOST is NOT LIABLE for any and all parking infractions.

LAUNDRY USAGE
Laundry usage is a minimum of a 2 night stay, 1 load for every day booked.
Guest must stay 2 nights minimum to Qualify of use.

Example of a 3 night stay.

A Guest booked 3 nights they are allowed to use up to 3 loads for the entirety of there stay.

Some guest have been leaving unfair reviews as they are NOT basing their review on the Description of the property but instead of their own Bias.

3 Guest has left the location of my Listing with 3 Stars and 1 Star because they desired a Downtown location.

The property is clearly noted it is close to PEARSON Airport and Humber College. The CAR ride is less than 12 mins and about 40 mins by BUS from to and from the AIRPORT (NOT DURING RUSH HOUR).

Cleaning Schedule,

The house is cleaned Daily usually before 3:00pm, The Kitchen usually gets a full cleaning treatment on SUNDAY the cleaning may be delayed by a day. From Thursday days up to Saturday the common areas may not be up to my cleanliness standards. This is due to the fact it is not cleaned every day and I do have a full time job which limits my cleaning efforts to once a week as well some Residences may not clean their fair share of use.

Please keep the Noise level down in the Common/Shared Area's after 11:00pm, This also goes for Residences of the property. I want everyone to have a peaceful nights rest.

I would prefer to keep the noise level down after 11:00PM Please be quiet and softly close the doors if your up after 11:00pm. Other than that your more than welcome to use the common areas as you wish.

In an event a RESIDENT or Another Airbnb Guest is causing an excessive amount of noise please do inform me so I can deal with it.

As well if there is anything you need from me please feel free to ask. I will try my best to accommodate what I can.

If you drive, There are many options as the HIGHWAY is very near by.
HIGHWAY 27/427 (North & South), 401 (East & West), 407 ETR (East & West)

Starbucks is about a 12 min walk.
Tim Hortons is also near by a bit more of a walk to the west of the house.

FASTFOOD
Fastfood chains like BurgerKing or McDonalds are about a 3 min walk west of the Starbucks.

QUALITY RESTAURANTS
If you not into Fast Food there are plenty of Restaurants near Hwy 27 and just North of Finch

SUPERMARKETS
Bestco is a nearby Supermarket which also serves hot food to go they are about a 8 min walk.
SCHOOLS (UNIVERSITY & COLLEGES)
Humber College & University of Guelph Humber is about a 15 min walk from the property.

There are 3 permanent residences currently living on the property. They are very friendly and would love for Guest to communicate with them about anything they may need as they will feel more comfortable and are more than willing to express a friendly attitude when greeted with a simple "Hello how are you".
