Luxurious 16th floor 3 bed 3 full bath Corner Unit-Direct Gulf Front. Welcome to paradise with this 16th floor Direct Gulf Front 3 Bedroom, 3 full Bath corner unit that sleeps 8. This 16th floor corner condo has floor to ceiling windows and is perfect for a family beach vacation. The location is conveniently located in a perfect location in the center of everything-521 West Beach Blvd. You will enjoy all the luxuries of home plus the breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Guests can enjoy the spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in the living room and master bedroom, and a second private balcony overlooking the lagoon that is shared by the other two bedrooms. The large balcony overlooking the gulf is wonderful for outside dining or just relaxing in the lounge chairs. Also enjoy a fully furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

The master bedroom overlooks the ocean and is furnished with a king bed and huge bathroom with walk in shower and whirlpool tub, as well as walk in closet. The Master bedroom balcony is direct gulf front view, perfect for the evening sunsets or morning coffee overlooking the beach. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, large private bathroom and balcony overlooking the lagoon and partial ocean views.. The third bedrom has a queen bed also connected to the back balcony, and a detached full bathroom across the hall. All bedrooms are have Televisions are supplied with linens and towels. The living room is equipped with a 55 inch TV, large sofa and recliners with incredible direct gulf views from the two sides of floor to ceiling windows.. Grocery, Bahama Bobs Restaurant, Liquor store, Deli and Seafood market right next store or across the street.

Your Condo is at the Island Tower complex, located at, 521 W. Beach Blvd., #1603, Gulf Shores, AL. There are two elevators for your convenience and there are also luggage carts for your use, please follow the instructions for using them. Island Tower 1603 is a separate entity from Island Tower Condominium Building and does not have information regarding this unit. Please contact me with any questions – Elaine Stuessi @ 615-390-8055. There is a security guard on duty during the Peak Season GETTING INTO Island Tower 1603: * Check in is at 4pm – you will be given an entry code for your stay that will be sent to you a couple of days before your arrival. The entry code will open the door to the condo. Once in the condo, you will find your information packet and it will have your parking pass, as well as restaurant information in it. * The entry code that you are given, is for the duration of your stay. It will open the condo door at 4pm and will expire at 11am, on the last day of your stay. Make sure you keep the parking pass in your vehicle displayed on the dash or hang on the rearview mirror. This will prevent you from getting towed and/or booted. If the building parking lot is full, there is additional overflow parking across the street from the building. WHILE IN THE APARTMENT * Enjoy free cable and internet - the Network ID is and the password is * There is a trash bin located on your floor. It is right outside the door of the condo, on the right. * Indoor Pool and Exercise Room Access: there will be a key each for the indoor pool and exercise room. Please make sure this is kept inside the condo and left in the same place in the condo when leaving. If either of the keys is lost there will be a $150 fine for lost key as we must have a locksmith make new keys. * Be respectful of others in the building – this is a residence and has quiet hours from 10pm — 8 AM. Island Tower 1603 may terminate your stay if complaints are received by residents or the management company due to noise. No refunds will be given. * Guests are responsible for all content in the unit from check-in to check-out. * Guest agree Island Towers 1603 is authorized to charge your credit card for excessive damages, cleaning, or unauthorized late check-outs. * Guests are responsible for actions of ALL GUESTS occupying the property at all times. Only those listed on the reservation are permitted to stay in the condo. Failure of this policy may result in being asked to leave. * No Pets are allowed at any time during your stay. * Smoking is not allowed in this unit or on the balcony of this unit at any time. * Check out is no later than 11am.
