Surrounded by the luscious greenery of Highbury Fields and Clissold Park, this property is the perfect place to enjoy summer in London, a stones throw away from all major tourist attractions, as well as hidden local gems.

Beautifully decorated 1 bedroom flat in leafy and luxurious Highbury. The property features a spacious airy lounge with direct access through French doors to the private terrace, followed by a communal garden, which acts as a peaceful haven in busy London.

High speed WiFi and flat screen smart 40” TV, feature in the lounge and bedroom.

Separate fully fitted kitchen with all amenities including dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer as well as all crockery and utensils.

Spacious modern bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and sink.

Wonderfully cozy bedroom with king size bed, fully fitted wardrobe and hangers, as well as a chest of drawers, bed side tables lamp and smart TV.

All bedding linen & towels are provided as well as iron/ironing board.

Please note hair dryer is NOT provided.

Guests will also have access to the communal garden, however this space (especially in summer time) is used my all owners of properties in the building, therefore please be respectful of that.

Our place is a few minutes walk from one of the best green spaces in London, Highbury Fields. A beautiful green space where you can stop on a bench, sunbathe on the grass or indulge in a picnic or BBQ.

The property is also a 10-15 minute walk from Upper Street or, “Supper Street” as it’s known to the local residents. A mountain of restaurants, cafes and bars line the streets as well as supermarkets and “Screen on the Green” one of the oldest cinemas in the UK complete with sofas and a bar.

There are also the local shops of Highbury Barn within a few minutes walk.
