The best location in Town, walking distance to Intel, easy access to major highways as I-10, 202, 101 and back roads , 16 minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport ,quiet family area, walk distance to Mountain View Park. Excellent restaurant on Major Street 2 miles away : Chandler Blv. Nice backyard, spotless home, piano, guitar available for you to play , 2 bedrooms upstairs to choose from. Mother and a college son lives in the residence, full kitchen ,charming home.

This location is very attractive, near shopping mall, best restaurants in Town , very easy access to anywhere in the Valley, we speak English, Portuguese, some Spanish , We can understand some German, French and Arabic
