Located in an industrial backyard in Neukölln, you'll stay in a large and bright loft space with a uniquely handcrafted interior. Everything was carefully designed and built just to make this the perfect headquarter for you, your colleagues or friends in one of Europe's most vibrant cities.

Please note: If you want to book the studio for an event, exhibition or photo shooting let us know that in your inquiry. Without prior notice, the place is not suitable for events.

Weather you'll leave the studio to start your day in Berlin or if you come back after a long day/night, there will be a contrast when you close the door behind you. Outside, there's the "real" Berlin: busy, edgy, cool and creative. Inside there's a bright and 140sqm large open space with an iconic loft feeling waiting for you. You'll find all amneties to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including a large open kitchen, a living area with couches, loft beds, a hammock, a bathroom with walk in shower, washing machine, dryer and air condition for the whole space.

Please be aware: The studio is located in an industrial area. There might be unusual levels of noise due to workshops and night clubs in the neighborhood.
The studio is well suited for groups, a theater project, a startup team or groups of friends - not so much for people looking for a party location (there's more than enough opportunities around though ;-)

The neighborhood is maybe the most vibrant part of Berlin/Neukölln - full of car workshops, sound studios and clubs. Neukölln is famous for its subversive and urban vibe. The studio is located in the middle of a very young, creative neighborhood, where your neighbors range from the infamous nightclub "Griesmühle" (just on the other side of the river), Europe's largest Hotel "Estrel" and convention center, over smaller studios, clubs to car service stations and workshops.

In addition to Griesmühle, a nightclub for electronic music with international reputation, there are many small, experimental places in walking distance waiting to be explored.

// Food & Drinks

A 5-10 minute walk will get you a typical late-night snacks. There are also plenty of young, creative and unique restaurants for many different international cuisines close by (You could probably spend you're complete stay to try them, but I can also share my personal favorites with you). You'll find a variety of supermarkets in walking distance
