Our studio in The Village at Breckenridge truly meets the mountain. Positioned as a favorite ski-in/ski-out access point at Peak 9, with on-site everything-you-could-need, sleeps 4, ideal for couples or families, including ski school, equipment rental, restaurants/bars, heated pool, hot tubs, saunas, and gym. Or to explore historic Main St, literally just walk across the street, to find more boutiques and award-winning foodie spots.

Our privately owned Alpine Liftside Condo in the complex subdivision of Peak 9 Inn is Unit Number 4210. Built in 1984, renovated in 2010, then fully remodeled and furnished in 2018. It includes 404 square feet of living space. Wood flooring for common area and kitchen. Tile flooring for bathroom area. Access to entire studio. Heated underground parking garage available for cars, upon request and if available prior to booking.

***PARKING FEES***
In order to provide the lowest cost possible for guests NOT requiring to park a vehicle, parking fees are NOT included in the nightly rate. The building's on-site garage does not have enough parking spaces to accommodate all room units, so if you DO require a parking space at the on-site, underground, temperature-controlled garage with security, we will need to reserve a spot for you on the building’s website, upon availability. Please let us know if you’ll need a first-come-first-serve parking spot reserved, and we’ll adjust accordingly, if available, at a $20 per day/night use (raised to $25 starting November 1st, 2020).

***NO EXTENDED CHECK IN / OUT TIMES***
We attempt to be as accommodating as can be, but our apologies, with our private housekeeper’s time constraints amongst her multiple units including ours, but with us only having one room to reserve/use, it is just impossible, we currently can not allow earlier than 3pm check-in time, nor later than 10am check-out times, for the room keys and also for the parking garage pass. As well, luggage can not be left unattended in the room outside of these times, nor left at the lobby's front desk, due to liability responsibility of your personal possessions. Again, we are very sorry we can not be more flexible on these issues, it is just impossible, with variables out of our control. If your travel transportation interrupts with these times, you are always allowed to stick around in the building's lobby area, with fireplace, and equipped with a snack shop. Otherwise, we recommend carrying bags nearby (0.1 miles away, or, a 3 min walk) to BoLD Restaurant and Bar, open daily from 7:30am - 9pm.

***CONSTRUCTION***
Our apologies, if there is unavoidable dust, from opening the windows, either by our cleaners being there before your stay, or by yourself during your stay. In the building adjacent to ours, seen below from outside of our windows, is the ongoing Ten Mile Conference Center New Construction Project: slated from July 2019 – August 30, 2020. The nature of this work will be noisy and dusty, with increased construction traffic outside. Work is being managed by Hyder Construction for Vail Resorts, and construction hours taking place Monday - Saturday, possibly from 7am-7pm some days. Due to this inconvenience, in the meantime, we have lowered our regularly priced nightly accommodation rates.

Midwest farm raised folk who migrated to Denver in search of a bigger small town. Currently own hair salons (BangParkHill), art & design side hustle (JOUVELT), rent out our cozy mountain condo listed on Airbnb (Take a Break in Breck @ Stunning Ski In+Out Studio), and when we’re not constructing minor do-it-yourself fixer upper projects on our 1926 home, we enjoy the arts & entertainment in our spare time with our Ethiopian adopted son (Wyatt), mostly of the casual more relaxing state (live patio music at brunch, Jazz in the City Park picnics in the afternoon, Red Rocks Amphitheater country concerts at night, any local national sports arena events, breweries, wineries & distillery tours, and all around good cuisine with great customer service appreciators).

We live apx 88 miles away in Denver with our young son. This is our second home away from home escape, to get out of the metro city, so we visit it often, and treat it with great care, but are not physically available in Breckenridge, only reachable through email, text, or phone. For immediate guest emergencies requesting physical in-person situations, we coordinate with our trusted maintenance engineers that do live there in Breck.
