The Marquise #222 is a ground floor, one bedroom condominium located very close to the slopes on Blackcomb Mountain. Guests will enjoy being able to walk to skiing in under 5 minutes while also having a complimentary shuttle stop right at the property for convenient access to Whistler Village. This Whistler Superior condo will impress guests with its many recent upgrades throughout and ample room for 4 guests with over 600 sq/ft of living space. Recent upgrades include carpet and furniture with a full kitchen and bathroom renovation scheduled for the spring of 2017. Bedding in this rental property is a Queen sized bed in the bedroom and a Queen sized sofabed in the living area making it a comfortable choice for up to four people. Guests in this Marquise unit are sure to enjoy the gas fireplace, 50” flatscreen television in the living area, air conditioning for the summer months, Blue Tooth stereo system, extra vanity sink in the bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. The Marquise building also offers fabulous common facilities including an exercise room, outdoor pool and hot tub area and common area laundry facilities. With such a convenient location and many sought after building amenities, the Marquise on Blackcomb is a very popular Whistler accommodation choice any time of the year. This property is professionally managed with 24/7 in-resort guest support. It includes free wireless internet, a digital cable television package and paid underground parking.

Our office is open a minimum of 9am - 5pm everyday. If you are arriving after-hours, you will find a sign on the office door with your name and a phone number to call. We have a 24 hours check in service that will come to the office to check you in on our behalf and direct you to your rental property with any all keys, codes and passes that may be required.

Driving to Whistler? Please note most properties accommodate parking for only one vehicle. If you require additional parking please make arrangements prior to your arrival with one of our friendly agents.

Whistler Superior Property and Check-in Policies – At check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card for a $500-$1000 pre-auth security deposit. No 3rd party credit cards can be accepted for the security deposit.

Whistler Superior Properties retains the right to refuse access or evict guests from any property if the minimum age requirement of 25 years of age is not met or if the reservation was made under false pretenses. No refund will be provided in the case of eviction or disallowed access due to age restriction.
