My home is on the 32nd floor of Lumiere Residences along Shaw Blvd. It has a spacious balcony to watch the breath taking view and lightly dazzle your vision of the sunrise, sunset, and evening lights, with a view of the BGC, Makati, Pasig skyline.

This 55 sqm flat is for those who need to feel at home while remaining at the heart of 5 major business districts of Metro Manila. [Eastwood, Ortigas, Mandaluyong, Makati, and BGC Fort]. My place offers provisions suitable for the needs of my guests.

Pool is available from 6AM to 9PM Monday to Wednesday, and Friday for guests except on holidays.
[Thursday is Maintenance. Weekend and Holidays are exclusive for residents.]

Parking is located at the Basement Level 5.

We have the Roof Deck with ample space where you can walk around and hang out. You'll find breath taking views of the city both day and night. Lounge chairs and tables are also available for you and your companions.

The Lobby is fitted with plenty of sofas and chairs to relax in. Foosball table is also available subject to availability.

I live 8-10km away but I am very attentive to my guests through messaging by call/chat/text. If I need to show up for any concern, I will absolutely try. During check in and out, I make effort to personally welcome and thank you for your stay. If my schedule gets too hectic, my mom will always be happy to meet you instead! :)

ADDITIONAL HOUSE TERMS

1 ) If you ''need'' to accept visitors please let us know in advance. I hope you understand that we are very particular with this because of security. :) Do let us know so we can forward endorsement to security to notify them that there will be more visitor coming. This ensures none of your guests get held or stopped. If a guest needs to spend overnight, it shouldn't be a worry because it is only a small additional charge and we make sure to put value to what you pay for by providing water, bath and face towels, & linens for your extra guest.

2) Please care and treat our home as yours. We put effort to be consistent at offering a clean and well maintained place for our guests and we hope to keep it that way always.

3 ) As your Power and Water consumption is on us. Please be mindful of the usage of these stuff:

**a ) Turn off the AC whenever needed, you can use the fan if you feel the temperature can compensate momentarily over using the AC for so long. For as much as you are concerned with your own power consumption in your own property so are we. :)

4 ) Do not overcharge your device to avoid possible shock or anything related to the negative.

We plead that you take good care of all items inside the unit.
