Quiet little neighborhood with old cabins along meandering river. Very friendly businesses just a 1/4 mile walk down Lumpy Lane. Lots of outdoor activities like hiking, skiing/snowboarding, mountain biking, and yoga at Crystal Mountain and Mt. Rainier National Park
