Luxury villa located in the urbanization of "Sa Torre" on the cliff from where you have the best views over the bay of Palma. It is completely renovated and equipped with elements of the highest quality which makes the guest an unforgettable and comfortable stay in an exclusive environment.
It has a garden, terraces, a chill out area and a heated pool (in winter months) with 10 sun loungers.
In the villa you will find a total of 6 double rooms, all of them with bathroom en suite, accommodation for 12 guests. Fully equipped kitchen with the most modern elements, spacious dining room, living room with fireplace (romantic company on winter nights facing the sea), sauna, gym, massage room and conference room.
Facilities include Wi-Fi (in all rooms), air conditioning, heating, satellite TV (also in all rooms).
On the terraces of the house, you will find spaces with furniture adapted to each of them, for example the chill out corner, from where you can contemplate the sunset in the afternoon. Just off the terrace from the living room is the barbecue, ready to grill your meals.
For fun for the little ones they have a children's play area and a beach area (sandbox).

It has a garden, terraces, a chill out area and a heated swimming pool (in the winter months) with 10 sun loungers .. In the villa you will find a total of 6 double rooms, all of them with en suite bathrooms to sleep up to twelve people. On the main floor we find a total of 5 double bedrooms, all with bathroom en suite, a fully equipped kitchen with the most modern elements, the dining room and the living room with a fireplace, to, apart from the central heating, warm the long nights romantic winter by the sea. On the lower floor you will find the sixth bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, the sauna, the gym, the massage room and the conference room. Facilities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite television in all rooms. Wi-fi signal is also provided in the outbuildings and outside terraces. On the terraces of the house, you will find spaces with furniture adapted to each of them, for example the chill out ricón, from where you can watch the sunset in the afternoon. Just going out to the terrace from the living room is the barbecue, ready to grill your meals, for fun for the little ones they have the children's play area and a beach area (sandbox).

The Golf Course Maioris has 18 holes and costs 82€, the buggy for 18 holes 30€ and the trolley 5€. Maioris Golf Course has a fine dining restaurant with views of the mountains. In the Hilton Hotel you can relax in an hydrothermal water circuit or try their spa for relaxing treatments. In a short walking distance guests can reach the supermarket, pharmacy, cafés, restaurants, hairdresser, shops and a bus stop. A few km away there is a supermarket and 5 minutes by car you can reach both the nearest restaurant and the beach.The Area: Located in the urbanisation Sa Torre, Llucmajor, 1000 mts. to Maioris Golf Club, Well connected with public or private transport. Small beaches at the bottom of the cliff. The village of Puigderros offers restaurants and a large supermarket.
