Built by the famed Alexander Construction Company in Palm Springs' mid-century heyday, this three-bedroom home in the Racquet Club Estates neighborhood brings together iconic desert design and stylish modern comfort. This mid-century gem was updated from top to bottom in 2014, yet it has managed to retain all of its original character, thanks to vaulted ceilings, porcelain tile floors, and living spaces that are ideal for indoor-outdoor entertaining. Spend your vacation under crystal-clear desert skies as you float in the swimming pool, recline in the soft grass, grill and dine in the cool evening air, and gather around the elevated fire feature at sunset with a view of the surrounding mountains.

This home sits on a quiet street in the center of the Racquet Club Estates neighborhood of Palm Springs, two miles north of the heart of downtown. You can bring your bikes and easily ride over to Palm Canyon Drive, the main downtown strip that's known for its wonderful restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and nightlife, or spend a fun-filled evening at the Agua Caliente Casino just over two miles south. If you're a golfer, you'll have your choice of more than 100 incredible courses in the area, including some that are open to public play.

*Please note that outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 am to 10 pm.

There is an optional fee to heat the pool at this home. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. The cost will be $49/day.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
