Renovated villa with private garden and swimming pool standing in the quiet and wooded residential area of Las Tres Calas in Ametlla de Mar, close to incredible creeks with crystal water.





Bright and functional, the house is spread over two levels with, on the ground floor, a double bedroom in suite (complete bathroom with a shower)and an open-plan kitchen leading to the living room. On the first floor, stand a second double bedroom, a cabin with bunk beds, a second complete bathroom with shower, a balcony as well as a solarium terrace.


The living room is composed by a relax area with sofa facing the flat screen television and by a dining area in front of the kitchen.


In the living room, there is a wide picture window and the front door to get out to the paved terrace which leads to an outdoor area furnished with a table, chairs, large sun shade and a big stone barbecue in front of the swimming pool and the grassy garden.


Sun beds as well as an outdoor shower have been installed just before the swimming pool (3 x 7 meters) with Roman stairs and a depth from 1,00 m to 2,10 m, surrounded with lawn and sheltered thanks to a high cypress hedges.


This is a comfortable and well maintained property to host 6 persons in a renovated villa ( Bith bathrooms, kitchen and floors are new) with complete quality equipment as dishwasher, induction plate, big fridge-freezer, range hood, lots of storage,.... and which includes the Wifi connection and the possibility to park within the property, completely private and fenced or use, if you prefer, the private garage.


The air conditioning (1 device in the living room and another one upstairs) is available as optional service for 50 € per week as well as linen for 10 € per person (to book in advance)





Guardrails have been installed at all the windows so that you can leave them open and let fresh air run through naturally.





This residential area of Las Tres Calas is quiet and ideal for families, surrounded by olive-trees and benefits from a quick access to the beautiful beaches and creeks, with fine sand and crystal water, using a coastal road which goes over the national road. Parking spots are numerous and free by the beaches in Las Tres Calas.


Around 400 m, at the entrance of the housing scheme of Las Tres Calas, you'll find a little shopping centre with a supermarket, bar, restaurant, chemist, etc...


About 800 meters from the house, there is a big snack bar "La Bambalina" with children playgrounds, and sport tracks for the older ones like soccer field, petanque track, etc...


About 4 kms from there, stands the seaside resort of Ametlla de Mar with its typical little fishing port ( fishing bardge), restaurants whose fame is due to their typical gastronomy, a town centre with local market for further shopping and bars, ice-cream makers, etc... going all along a maritime promenade.


Thanks to the main roads connecting the coast, you also have quick and easy access to the main neighbor seaside resorts as well as to all the many tourist activities in the area.





Cute property recommended for families who search for a private swimming pool, a quiet environment and the closeness to pretty beaches.





Catalonia applies a holiday tax, to be paid on arrival, of 1 Euro per person aged more than 16 and per day, limited to 7 days.

« Las Tres Calas » is a residential area with villas to be found 120 Kms South from Barcelona, 12 Kms from Miami Playa, and 4 Kms from the centre of Ametlla de Mar.





In Las Tres Calas' housing scheme, there is a little shopping centre with supermarket, shops, and restaurants as well as a very beautiful hiking route to discover creeks of an unsuspected beauty.


Ametlla de Mar is a fishing village where you'll find all kinds of facilities such as many little restaurants with traditional gastronomy, the fishing port with its fish market, as well as a pretty maritime promenade which goes along the fine sand beaches of this little resort.





This tourist region, quiet and ideal for families, is known for the great beauty of its beaches and creeks where high pine trees are reflected in their crystal turquoise waters.





About 35 Kms from there stands Salou, Costa Dorada's tourist capital resort, known for its large fine sand beaches and maritime promenades with palm trees, fountains, shops and restaurants as well as for its many tourist activities such as, for example, the famous Port Aventura theme park, one of the biggest ones all over Europe.
