Please be aware that the person who booked the apartment must be present at the point of check-in. A 3rd party, even if they are listed as an occupant cannot check-in without the person who booked the property.
We ask our guests to note that our apartment are self service. Daily housekeeping can be provided for a small additional charge.
Important Short-Term letting rules: Kindy note that if these Rules are transgressed, you will be given a Warning and thereafter a FINE will be issued.

• NO VISITORS ALLOWED
• Should the guest behave in such a manner which is not acceptable by civilized standards, the occupants will be asked to vacate the apartment. Please respect the quiet times between 22h00 and 08h00
LAUNDRY ON BALCONIES
• Owners or occupiers shall not be entitled to hang their laundry on balconies or on any part of the building or the common property so as to be visible from outside the buildings or from any other sections.
This includes objects such as buckets, mops, brooms and refuse bags.
REFUSE REMOVAL
• No refuse to be left in front of your door or in the fire escapes.
