All Guests will have access to all Basic grocery items to prepare breakfast on the first morning of their stay at the house ( bread, bakes, sardine, cereal, milk, sugar, oil, tuna, jams, jelly, tea bags, coffee, juices, mauby).
Other days are subject to availability for the remainder of stay. All guests are welcome to use all cooking utensils in the kitchen.
All guests are kindly asked to placed their names on their food items purchased before placing in refridgerator to avoid other guests mistakingly using their items in error.

There are convenience stores and parlours within 3 to 5 mins walking distance from our location to purchase items as needed.
There is a small Chinese restaurant also available within the same distance.
There is a large supermarket available 5 mins from our location driving. We will be happy to take you there subject to availability if needed.
There are three (3) popular bars available within 5 to 7 minutes walking distance from the house. There are regular games and competition that attract a lot of patrons particularly on Fridays to Sundays (All Fours Card Game matches etc).
There is a recreation ground 7 minutes away where there are regular team competitions in soccer/football, cricket and 🏀 basketball games on afternoons
Guest will be given their own key for private secured access to their room.
Rooms are located on first and second floors accessible by staircase.

Free pick up from airport for first time guests upon request.
Vehicle available for rental if needed at wn affordable price. The vehicle has a capavity of seven inclusive of the driver.
You will need to provide information on your group for example full name, photo ID and , gender/sex and age please thanks, at least 2 days before your arrival.
If you choose to take up our offer of free pick up transport from the airport you will need to provide information on flight at least five to seven days before your arrival.
If you are renting a vehicle to get around please advise so proper arrangements will be made for parking within the premises.
The main entrance is an electric gate so we will have to arrange for you to get a remote during your stay for ease of access.
Alternatively we do offer transport to any destination night or day at a cost but you will need to give advance notice since it is limited to availability. So if the other guests request/or book the service and there is a clash with dates and times, the first come first serve rule applies.
There is also the option for carpooling but it is dependent on the desire/consent of the other guests, to agree to accommodate. This is not always possible since some persons prefer their privacy whilst exploring the scenic views of Trinidad.
