Our historic 1890s home comes with the following modern amenities and conveniences:
-High speed internet access
-A fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine ( with coffee supplied) lots of pots, pans, cutlery and glassware.
-Complete set of linens in every room.
-Fully stocked laundry room
As the home was built in 1896 prior to the invention of automobiles, the home does not have a driveway. There is however plenty of (free) on street parking.
The third floor does not have direct heating or air conditioning, however heating is provided by portable space heaters, and two huge window air conditioners and fans.
Therefore this floor is comfortably warm or as cool as you require.
All reservations must be a two night minimum.
Discounts for weekly and monthly stays.
Dogs and cats are not permitted. A fee of $1000.00 will be issued along with additional costs if permission is not granted.
Smoking, Vaping, Marijuana is strictly forbidden within the house. A fine/fee of $1500.00 will be issued if there is smoking, vaping or marijuana usage within the home, plus additional costs.
Please note the backyard furniture is not available from November 5 to April 15.
