We would like to remind our guests that this accommodation is not a hotel but a private residential condo unit that we share with you. As we extend our hospitality, we kindly ask that you treat our unit as you would your own home.
Security in the development is very strict, and we expect our guests to comply with the policies while inside the condo premises. Not all policies and guidelines can be listed in our house rules, but if the security or condo administration imposes penalties due to your behavior during your stay, you will be responsible for paying any violation tickets issued.
All guests, whether staying overnight or just visiting briefly, must be declared to the condo administration. We require one day’s notice for guest approval, and additional charges may apply.
1. While we conduct a thorough professional cleaning between each guest’s stay, we kindly ask that you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used, and place any dirty towels in the hamper before leaving. This helps expedite our cleaning process and keeps costs down for you and future guests. If the unit is not well-maintained during your stay, we may need to file a claim.
2. We understand that accidents happen, but we ask that you please inform us when they do, so we can prepare for the next guest. Chances are we can fix the issue quickly, which also increases the likelihood of receiving your full security deposit back. We may need to file a claim for any damages or missing items.
3. We have a strict no-smoking policy inside the unit, but you are welcome to smoke on the rooftop deck, at nearby cafes, or outside the condominium. If we find evidence of smoking inside the unit, we may need to file a claim.
4. To keep our costs down and pass those savings on to our guests, we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the air conditioning unit when they’re not in use or when leaving the unit.
5. Please respect our maximum occupancy requirement. Unregistered guests are not allowed to enter the unit or use the amenities during your stay.
6. Cooking inside the room is currently not allowed, except for longer bookings. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and we aim to keep our prices reasonable so you can enjoy the variety of food available.
7. Garbage should not be placed outside the condo unit door. There is a designated garbage disposal area with specific collection times. For short stays, please leave your garbage inside the unit; we will clear it for you.
8. Please take care of your valuables, as management is not responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings.
9. Animals/pets are not allowed in the unit or any part of the condominium by guests or their visitors.
10. Guests are prohibited from consuming, possessing, or being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs while inside the unit. We are not liable for any physical violence or accidents that may occur during your stay. We may need to file a claim if any untoward incidents arise.
11. Maintaining an appropriate noise level inside the unit is just as important as being quiet in common areas.
12. Do not hang clothes in the window or balcony area, and do not leave anything in the hallway. Shoes should be kept inside the unit.
13. Food deliveries can be picked up in the lobby.
Others:
No room service is provided, and only one-time check-out cleaning is included, unless it’s a month-long booking, in which case we will send a cleaner and provide replacement beddings and towels every two weeks.
We provide one bath towel per person for the entire stay. Extra towels can be pre-ordered for an additional fee.
A one-time essentials kit (shampoo, soap, toilet paper) is provided upon arrival.
Early/Late Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to availability with 24 hours’ notice.
Luggage storage is not available.
