Welcome to your serene suite away from home! This private suite is attached to a home but completely separate, so you’ll enjoy full privacy with no interaction inside your space. Enjoy the screen patio and private fenced side yar. Inside, natural lighting in suite—including the bathroom—and a fully fenced backyard, perfect for relaxing or letting your pet enjoy some fresh air.

We’re pet‑friendly (2 pets MAX, just let us know the type of pet you’re bringing), and you’ll love being only 3 minutes from the Veterans Expressway, making travel a breeze. The suite is also equipped with Wi‑Fi, two Roku TVs, an iron, and a hair dryer to make your stay extra comfortable.

Parking: Free Driveway parking space for two cars one behind the other in spot nearest door. No overnight street parking allowed.

Lawn & Walkway Use
Please do not walk through the grass or landscaped areas at any time.
Guests must use the designated walking path from the driveway to access the suite.

Failure to follow this rule may result in a fee for lawn or landscaping damage caused by foot traffic or disturbances.

You’ll have full private access to your suite, bathroom, kitchenette, and the fenced backyard. Please park in your designated driveway spot closest to the front door for easy entry. Cars must park in the driveway, no street parking allowed. Swimming in community lake is prohibited.

For additional comfort, the suite also includes:
• A single-unit adjustable A/C
• A ceiling fan
• A standing fan

The suite is non‑smoking. Back patio smoking outside is allowed.

The property is limited to 3 overnight guests, though you’re welcome to have a loved one visit for a short time with prior notification.

Exterior security cameras are located at the driveway, backyard, and back patio for your safety.

The suite includes a kitchenette, not a full kitchen. It is equipped with apartment sized refrigerator and freezer, countertop burners, a microwave, an 11‑in‑1 air fryer/mini oven, and a toaster. There is no full‑size stove, no dishwasher, and no utility sink. All food scraps must be wiped into the trash, as there is no garbage disposal. Please avoid putting any food down the drain to prevent clogs.

Please notify us of your pet type before arrival.
