★ Building Quiet Hours: 10PM to 8AM

★ Turn off all electric appliances when are not in used (except WiFi devices and fridge)

★ Let the furniture stay where they belong. DO NOT rearrange the furniture for any purpose.

★ Take the garbage out when it's full, throw the garbage bag into garbage room on the same floor, and clean the dishes after using them.

★ Lost and Found: Keep up to 30 days only. Cost to be borne by the guest if wish to collect via shipping method.
