Nestled within the secure Mont Choisy residence, one of Saint Martin’s most peaceful and sought-after residential neighborhoods, Villa Josefa enjoys a prime location just 5 minutes from Grand Case. From the terrace, you’ll take in breathtaking views of Friar’s Bay, Terres Basses, Anguilla, and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the sea, move effortlessly from the pool to the sun deck, share lunch on the covered terrace, relax with a book under the pergola, or simply watch the sunset with your favorite drink in hand… Every moment naturally finds its place.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in three master suites, each featuring a 200 × 200 cm (79” × 79”) king-size bed, a 40 cm (16”) premium mattress, a private bathroom, independent air conditioning, a safe, and generous storage space.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing breakfast with a sea view or enjoying dinner with family and friends. It is also ideal for hosting a private chef and creating a memorable dining experience at the villa.

The outdoor living areas allow everyone to enjoy the villa at their own pace: a private pool, spacious sun deck, covered sea-view terrace, several outdoor lounges, a shaded pergola, and a dining area accommodating up to 10 guests.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, you’ll also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, Sonos sound system, Netflix, Prime Video, HBO Max, washer, dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, snorkeling gear, and many other beach essentials.

From the residence, one walking trail leads to Friar’s Bay in about 5 minutes, while another reaches Happy Bay in around 10 minutes, one of Saint Martin’s most beautiful hidden beaches.

By car, you’ll reach Grand Case in less than 5 minutes, Grand Case Airport in about 10 minutes, Marigot and Orient Bay in around 15 minutes, and Princess Juliana International Airport in approximately 40 minutes, depending on traffic.
