Renovated by an architect using quality materials, the 110 sqm apartment offers generous volumes, a view of Cannes harbor and a contemporary decor, and is accessible via a private elevator.

→ Two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with a single bed convertible into a double, and a bathroom complete this floor.
→ On the upper floor, you will discover a third bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful view of Le Suquet, en suite with its shower room.
→ A second living room with a panoramic view of the port and the sea.
→ The duplex is equipped with reversible air conditioning in all rooms and a home automation system for the lights with control tablets.
→ Private entrance to a secure residence with private elevator for the duplex.

Arrivals are scheduled between 3pm and 8pm. If you are unable to arrive during this time, please inform us well in advance so that we can organize your arrival. Normally, arrivals before 3pm are not permitted, unless there are no rentals immediately beforehand. If you have a special request concerning your arrival time, please contact us in advance to see what can be arranged.

Regarding departures, guests must leave the accommodation by 11am, unless there is no rental scheduled immediately afterwards. In this case, you can ask us if it is possible to have a few extra hours.

A welcome guide with all the technical instructions for the functioning of the equipments as well as the rules to respect in the accommodation will be given to you at your arrival. Our team is available throughout your stay to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
