This tri level home has a long 2 car width sized driveway for your parking. Walk up a set of stairs onto a beautiful cedar deck with outdoor seating where you can enjoy your morning coffee, and where you enter the front door.

The entrance opens into a living room with seating, the perfect place to put your feet up after a day of Black Hill's adventures.

Upstairs the kitchen has a traditional 6 person kitchen table, ample countertop space, 4 burner stovetop & oven, microwave, dishwasher, spices, coffee pot, dishes, silverware, pots & pans and of course coffee mugs and wine glasses will be at your disposal!

The master bedroom (#1) features a King sized bed and ceiling fan. There are His & Hers sink area for privacy getting ready, with access to the jack and jill bathroom. The dresser shelves will be available for your use, and there is plenty of room for suitcases.

Both bathrooms have full tubs that work for baths, as well as showers. Your own set of towels, washcloths and hand towels will be waiting, along with complimentary shampoo and soap.

Downstairs the light filled walk out basement family room is set up for movie night, with Roku apps. The cleared desk space will work great for your laptop and tablets!

Two more bedrooms downstairs will have cleared space in closets for you to store your belongings.

Please note that the garage is not set up as guest space. There is an off-limits 2nd story deck area off the upstairs kitchen that you will not have access to. The master bedroom closet will be locked.

Walk out of the downstairs family room onto the backyard patio and open grassy yard with view of neighborhood greenspace! We have a small "urban" garden just off the patio.

This home was built without central air. RC has dry heat with very little humidity. Fans are provided in every rm. For folks who enjoy evening summer breezes, this location can't be beat!
