مرحبًا بكم في مجمّعنا الفسيح المكون من 3 وحدات سكنية تضم شققًا مكونة من غرفة نوم واحدة وشققًا مكونة من غرفتي نوم، وهو ملاذ للراحة والرفاهية. يتميز هذا المسكن المجهز تجهيزًا جيدًا بغرف نوم مع حمامات وغرفة معيشة ترحيبية ومطبخ مجهز تجهيزًا كاملاً بجميع مستلزماتك الأساسية. تغمر شقتنا، التي تتميز بسقف مزدوج الارتفاع، الضوء الطبيعي، مما يخلق أجواء جذابة في جميع الأنحاء.
تم تجهيز كل غرفة بمكيف هواء خاص بها، مما يسمح لك بالاستمتاع بنسيم غوان الطازج في وقت فراغك. تحتوي إحدى الغرفتين على حمام داخلي، بينما يقع الحمام الثاني في مكان مناسب خارج الغرفة مباشرة.

توفر مدبرة المنزل المتفرغة لدينا خدمة التنظيف اليومي، باستثناء أيام الأحد، وهو يوم إجازتها الذي تستحقه عن جدارة. على الرغم من أننا لا نقدم خدمات الطهي داخل المنزل، فإن مطبخنا المجهز تجهيزًا كاملاً يدعوك لاستكشاف مهاراتك في الطهي. ستجد تحت تصرفك موقد غاز وثلاجة وميكروويف وجهاز لتنقية المياه وغلاية ومجموعة مختارة من الأطباق وأدوات المائدة. لا تتردد في استخدام أي ميزات مطبخ تحتاجها.
تقع شقتنا داخل مجمع سكني آمن له بوابة ويضم مبنى سكني وست فيلات مستقلة. يمكن للسكان الاستفادة من حمام السباحة المشترك، ويضمن الأمن على مدار الساعة راحة بالك. تتوفر مساحة واسعة لوقوف السيارات للسيارات والدراجات على حد سواء، داخل المجمع وخارجه.
لراحتك، يوجد سوبر ماركت ومتجر مشروبات كحولية بالقرب من البوابة الرئيسية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، نحن على مقربة من موجيغاو، وهي قرية بيئية مشهورة، وProject Cafe، وهو مقهى رائع يقع داخل معرض فني استثنائي.

The apartment is located in the popular area of Assagao and it's not too far from the famous restaurants of North Goa. It's in a building complex called JD Enclave.
Guest can use common pool during the day time and common parking to park their vehicles.

The apartment is on first floor and there are mandatory stairs.

The airport is 50 minutes away.
If mentioned prior, we can also arrange for pick up and drop off on an extra charge.
There is hot water in the washroom 24*7.

Mirashya Homes Policies :-
1. TARIFF – The tariff is for the entire 2bhk space only.
2. SETTLEMENT OF BILLS – Taxi Bills/Food Bills or any other bills must be settled on presentation.
3. CHECK IN – Please provide a valid Government ID Card/Passport (for foreign nationals) upon arrival (either to be shared on email if the caretaker is not around). Balance payments must be deposited at the time of check in. Damage deposit of 5000/– this amount shall be refunded to you on check out. This is mandatory to ensure damage control.
4. Check In – Check Out – Check in time is 2Pm and Check out time is 11am. Early check in at 11am is possible as per availability.
5. DEPARTURE – Kindly inform the caretaker prior incase you wish to extend the stay beyond 11am. The extension shall be given as per the availability @ 500/- per hour or one can pay the entire day’s tariff for a longer extension.
6. GUEST’s BELONGINGS – Guests are requested to look after their belongings. Kindly lock the rooms before leaving the premises and take responsibility of your own belongings as no one will be held responsible if something misplaces.
7. Inclusions – 2bhk air conditioned apartment, linens and towels, toiletries, kitchen - utensils, basic necessity items. Tea/Coffee refills and water. Pool access.
8. LINENS & TOWELS – Bed linens & Towels are changed every third day from the date of check in. There is a washing machine incase one needs to wash the towels. The bed linen and towels scan be changed on request in between & shall be chargeable @ 300/- per room (one bed sheet, two pillow covers, two hand towels and two towels)
9. Pets are allowed at 500 rs per pet per night. Incase the pet fee has already been charged, the balance amount can be adjusted at checkout
10. LOUD MUSIC – Not Allowed as there are neighbors around. We'd not want to be the cause of disturbance to anyone.
11. ELECTRICITY & WATER SUPPLY – The supply is generally permanent, but can sometimes happen to have an accident or suspension. In case there is no electricity, the management isn’t responsible as the cut off shall be a common problem for all. The apartment is backed up by an inverter but no air conditioners work during a cut off.
12. Apartment AMENITIES – Kindly note the kitchen is available for our guest’s convenience, any eatables/Spices/Oil required for cooking shall be borne by the guests themselves. Extra mattress is 1000/- per person.
13. HAZARDOUS GOODS – Gambling, Contraband, Prostitution, Weapons, Explosives, Flammable Objects, Poison, Drugs & Pungent food are strictly prohibited on the premises.
14. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY – The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by them or their group members. Any breakage or something missing shall be chargeable as per actuals. (Kindly ask the owners for the charges)
15. MISCONDUCT – Any misconduct or nuisance or loud behavior shall not be tolerated in the homestay, incase this happens the management has full right to ask the guest to vacate the space. We expect our guests to be respectful towards us, the caretaker and the space and we will definitely resonate the same from our end.
16. POOL - Access timing for Pool is from 8.30am-8.30pm as per the society rules. The supervisor will guide you incase of any changes. Kindly abide by the society norms and always wear proper swimwear

18. Smoking is strictly prohibited in /around Pool, gym and in the rooms. Please use Balconies for smoking
19. For booking over 28 days, we charge extra for electricity : 7 rupee per unit as per consumption
20.We recommend our guests to shut the windows and doors from 6 to 8 pm to avoid mosquitoes getting in the property. Or let our staff do that if not around.
