Perched on an elevated site, this beautiful 3 bedroom provides a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean that is arguably the most spectacular in the entire town. From the expansive balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy sweeping vistas of the sparkling blue waters, golden beaches, and the lush, tropical landscape that surrounds Tamarindo.

This large condo features a beautifully decorated living room with a big flat TV, a dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, comfortable terraces with ocean view, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a laundry room (washing machine and dryer).

The Master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, its own closet, private terrace, its en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with its en-suite bathroom and a closet.
The 3rd bedroom has queen-size bed and a terrace. The condo has A/C and ceiling fans in every room and comfortably fits 6 guests.

The whole condo is brand-new and was decorated in an modern cosy style by the well known Habitat Designer from San Jose. All the furniture, house appliances, bedsheets, towels, pillows are brand-new and of superior quality.

The patio offers 200 degree views of spectacular Costa Rican oceans, jungle, and mountains - perfect for sunsets, happy hours, meals or just morning coffee. You will hear the monkeys play each morning in this tranquil paradise.
