Life is Golden when the beach is a 3 minute walk away! 🌅 This Dune Allen home sleeps 13, with three king suites (each with its own bathroom) plus a bonus game room with a full-size bunk, twin trundle, and sleeper sofa for the kids. Cruise 30A in the 6-seat golf cart, grill dinner by the fire pit, and catch the game on the balcony's outdoor TV. Beach gear, bikes, and a community pool just down the street are all included.

Highway 98 is close by for trips to Destin or Panama City Beach, and Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is nearby.
- Dune Allen Regional Beach Access: About a 3 min walk. Restrooms, outdoor shower, ADA access, seasonal lifeguards, and limited parking. No bike rack.
- Community Pool: Less than a 5 min walk, with lounge chairs, tables, and restrooms
