Welcome to the Ridge Retreat! Family friendly, 5 minutes to Lake Mohave/Laughlin Casinos with patio, pool/spa. This open concept 2,900 sq. ft features 4 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 living areas with sectional couches, full kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 dining areas, and a separate bar area. The kid friendly playroom has 3 twin bunk beds, a trampoline, and lots of toys! TVs in all rooms w/ roku, and an 85" TV in the main living room! Separate workspace/WiFi. Oversized 3 car garage w/ boat parking!

PLEASE no parties, this is a residential neighborhood, no loud noise outside after 10pm. PLEASE respect the neighbors, they will call me and let me know. Please pickup after yourselves and respect the home.

Pool Service: Friday morning
Trash Service: Monday morning
Check-in: 4pm, Check-out: 11am

IMPORTANT- Please be advised there are cameras located on the front exterior of said residence. Back exterior cameras have been removed for your privacy.
1. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
2. People other than those in the 10 or less guest party agreed upon during reservation may not stay overnight in the property. No additional or unregistered guests are allowed on-site at any time for the duration of your stay otherwise additional fees will apply.
3. The said residence is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in same condition they were at time of check in.
5. Only use appliances for their intended use.
6. Vehicle, boat or RV parking is available in the driveway or garage in front or side of the said residence in accordance with Bullhead City Rules & Regulations. Please no parking on the street.
7. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine hygiene products, condoms, baby wipes or non biodegradable items down toilet. If it is found that product(s) have been flushed, you could be charged for damages.
8. Tampering of cameras, turning off or disconnecting WiFi is prohibited. Result of any will be means of immediate termination with no refund.
9. No glitter, confetti, playdoh and/or fireworks are allowed on the premises whether exterior or interior of the property. Result of any will result in a $500 clean up fee.
11. Please turn OFF gas hose connection when not using the BBQ.
12. Pets are allowed with an extra deposit, please clean up after your pets.
13. There is NO security gate around the pool and spa, please watch your children at all times.
14. HAVE FUN!
