Our rates have been adjusted to reflect the possibility of these temporary inconveniences.
Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, Barefoot Beaches condo 2322 is located on the 23rd floor of Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 3rd floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is an on-site $90 registration fee required by the resort for 8 RFID beach-access armbands and 2 garage parking passes.
*Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.
BEACH SERVICE IS INCLUDED! Your reservation comes with 2 chairs & an umbrella from the vendor on the beach for reservations 03/15-10/31. The condo has more beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys inside the condo guests are welcome to use.
