Gokulam Family Home

Located in the heart of Gokulam, Mysuru, this three bedroom independent house was our family home before we shifted to our organic farm. The large common spaces, the warmth of the Athangudi tiles and the proximity of restaurants, commerce, yoga centers and services make it an ideal space for large families or groups of friends / colleagues. In the local language Kannada, the word "Banni" means "Welcome," symbolizing the warmth and hospitality you’ll experience at this eco-minimalist stay. Banni home is thoughtfully built with natural, locally sourced materials, Cob walls of mud and lime, mud plastering, and natural paints showcase the skills of local artisans while honoring ancient techniques.

Bougainvillea - a cozy Private-Studio-Apartment.

The space that we have is a studio apartment and has most of the basic amenities required for a pleasant and comfortable stay. It is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of Mysore city close to Chamundi Hill and Lalitha Mahal Palace, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. If you are someone who enjoys a morning walk, just 2 km away is a scenic and quiet park (KC Layout) close to the helipad, or MG road towards Radisson Blu. (Please read the house rules/ manual)

The entire first floor studio room is for guests. The guests has to follow all the house rules. Recent Aadhar of each should be provided as ID proof. In the ground floor hosts staying. It includes Living room, mini kitchen, walking wardrobe, bath tub bathroom, terrace garden area, and beautiful garden view balcony with separate entrance no sharing concepts. No parties allowed. Its 7.5 km & 8 km from Mysuru Palace and railwa station. No food facility. Swiggy & zomato works here
