In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett. Highlight ist die Whirlpool-Wanne im Bad, sowie der Pool im Garten. Das Appartement befinden sich im Ortszentrum mit idealer Busverbindung (Haltestelle Nr. 5, 25, oder 28 nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt) in die Stadt Salzburg. Das Appartement liegt im ersten Obergeschoß und verfügt über eine Wohnküche, Doppelbett, Bettcouch, großes Badezimmer, Vorraum. Weiters verfügt die Wohnung über einen großen Balkon. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Es können Notbetten für höchstens 2 weitere Personen aufgestellt werden. Gratis WLAN-Zugänge, und Parkplatz vor dem Haus.

Garconniere in private house

We are renting a Garconniere in a private house in Salzburg/Gneis with a kitchenette and bathroom. It is situated in the basement of the house. The house has a nice garden, there is also a place for our guests. The bus nr. 5 is 5 minutes walk away and leads directly into town (12 min) or the train station (23 min). Parking on the street is for free.From here you visit the famous Salzkammergut lakes,St.Wolfgang and Hallstatt in daily tours.

Unser Gästeapartment liegt im ersten Stock eines Altstadthauses im Herzen von Hallein und bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf die Fußgängerzone. Geschäfte, Bäckereien, Cafe‘s, Eisdielen und Restaurants mit schönen Gastgärten findest du praktisch vor der Haustüre. Die mittelalterliche Salz-und Keltenstadt Hallein gilt als die „kleine Schwester“ der Kulturstadt Salzburg, welche mit der S-Bahn in ca. 20 Min bequem erreicht werden kann.

Ons appartement ligt in het hart van Marktschellenberg, een rustig pittoresk dorpje tussen Salzburg en Berchtesgaden. Het ligt aan de voet van de Berchtesgadener Alpen, omgeven door groen, bergen en frisse lucht. De locatie is perfect voor wie houdt van wandelen, fietsen, natuur en rust. Een charmante uitvalsbasis voor koppels, soloreizigers of kleine gezinnen die de regio Salzburg en Berchtesgaden willen ontdekken.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
