The Nest

The Nest is an upstairs mini apartment in a building on a working bison ranch. The decor is birds, flowers, nature. The windows look out over the pastures. The bathroom features a shower and small clothes washer. The kitchenette area includes hot drink dispenser, microwave, toaster oven, and mini fridge. A cot and portable crib are available on request. Breakfast snacks and coffee are included in the room rate. Covid concerns: you will be the only occupants in the building overnight.

This loft contains 1,400 sf of renovated space with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It features 12 ft ceilings with large windows and natural light. Wood floors accent common areas, including a full kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven range/cook-top, and coffee maker). The master bedroom has 1 queen-size bed and the guest room has 2 full-size beds. We are the Oliva family, & "The Loft" is a culmination of all of our efforts, but must give credit to my husband and father of our 2 adult sons. After 2+ yrs of trips back & forth from AZ to create our "home away from home", it is finally complete. We always enjoy our stay, but decided we would like others to enjoy it too when we can't. With that being said , we are hopeful that you will respect our property and belongings during your stay, but make yourself at home!

Haymarket Loft-walk to PBA, UNL, downtown

Beautiful loft located in the heart of the Historic Haymarket. The loft is within walking distance to all your favorite restaurants, Downtown, UNL Campus, Memorial Stadium, and Pinnacle Bank Arena. This studio loft features a king bed and sofa sleeper, 3/4 bath, a full kitchen, dining/work space, private internet, and a coin operated laundry room next door. The loft is located on the third floor (no passenger elevator) and the building has a secured entrance.

The loft is located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. No elevator access. One free parking space in alley. Street parking also available.
